Excellent location, really helpful staff BUT the room was tiny and smelt of drains. Room had 3 air fresheners, staff tried hard but the smell was noticeable.

Hotel San Silvestro - Da Best!

The hotel is near the parliament so I felt super safe! And it’s right by a taxi stand so it made going around the city so much easier. All the reception staff, breakfast staff, and cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. Shoutout to Marco! He’s the best!Room was very clean and nice smelling. I’d love to stay here again!

This was our first time out of the country so we were a bit nervous but the staff at this hotel were some of the kindest people we have ever met! Marco was EXCEPTIONAL! He went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we were going at all times and gave us some wonderful recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and the staff made sure we had clean towels and water to drink everyday. The hotel was also in walking distance to almost everything that we visited. Even though the streets were sometimes noisy at nighttime we did not have any issues with noise in our room while trying to sleep. Hotel San Silvestro is the place to stay if you are visiting Rome!

First and foremost, the Staff was Awesome! They we very kind and accommodating, and assisted us with any and all requests we had. They Truly got the Art of "Customer Service" down to a Polished Science. Location was perfect, as almost all of the sites were within a 15 minute walk. Also, no shortage of very good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again, this place is a Gem!Highly Recommended!!!
