    Felt Right at Home – Wonderful Staff and Atmosphere

    I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Rome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city.Breakfast was great, with a variety of fresh options to start the day right. Although the hotel is a bit outside the city center, it’s conveniently located near a metro station and easily accessible by taxi, which made getting around simple and stress-free.One of the highlights was the small, charming garden — a peaceful spot to unwind in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Rome.

    We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! Me and my partner stayed here to celebrate his 25th birthday, and the hotel staff made every effort to make it special. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm and lovely Ryan, who had discretely organised nibbles and chanpagne as a surprise for us both in the hotel room! He made our stay so special and unforgettable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and had an amazing view. The breakfast was lovely, and had a great array of options, including a section for children. Thank you so much again to Ryan, we are very grateful to how kind and welcoming you were!

    Such a lovely hotel! Stayed for a week on a mother-daughter trip and we were initially a little hesitant about the distance from main attractions but ended up being so happy we chose this hotel. Friendly and kind staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable room, and the peaceful garden was the perfect escape after a busy day! Metro close by and easy to get a taxi/uber if you’re in a hurry. We will definitely be back!

    Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff and concierge, located just between Trieste and Nomentano in a very nice neighborhood and lots of nice park and friendly fogs in the area. Great room which was kept in perfect condition without any problems and the breakfast was really really good with a lot to choose from.Located around 2 miles from the Colosseum and Trevi fountain but the metro is just around the corner that heads to all the attractions. francesca vaccari, Albergatore at Hotel Fenix, responded to this review Dear Guest, thank you for your nice review, from all the Staff of the Fenix, we really appreciate it, a lot.

    What can we say? We missed this hotel from the very moment we left it and regretted not having been able to remain there longer (especially as the next step of our trip was Istanbul where we had an absolutely horrible experience with the hotel there). The suite we booked was much larger than we had expected - bear in mind that we come from a country that is renowned for four and five star resorts and we have been lucky enough to stay in some of these. Yet even in comparison the suite at Hotel Fenix looked huge.Staff were impeccable. Their professionalism was extremely reassuring for us as we arrived late for check-in after our train to Rome had been delayed. Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was provided, there were sockets and USB docks for charging devices, internet was fast. Having previously stayed in a more central area near Termini, we were concerned that this location might be too remote, but it turned out to be easily accessible by bus (though not metro) and within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. The bus stop to Termini is found almost on the doorstep of the hotel.There is a nice little garden with chairs and a lounge area outside, which we were unfortunately unable to fully enjoy as our planning for this trip was totally chaotic. Ditto for the library and other areas we wished we had better explored.
