Lovely hotel, good value for money, would return!

Spent a night in this hotel - lovely and good value for money, it is a 4 star hotel. The room was spacious, shower was great. Generous with products in the bathroom. Free water in the fridge was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice - eggs, bacon, sandwiches, selection of bread and place to grill/toast it, croissants and a pump to fill them with Nutella etc, selection of cakes, coffee (alternative milk available - soya, oat) juice, water 😊. Nice restaraunt nearby and not very far from leaning tower - I walked for around 30 mins. I had a great experience and would return to thus hotel if I go back to Pisa!

Motel style hotel some way from the City centre

Stayed two nights (room 120) on a conference programme.The hotel looks modern but fairly basic, the room was comfortable overlooking the car park. The walk in shower was antiquated and did not work well but there was a kettle (coffee not replenished) and water free of charge in the fridge.For tourists visiting Pisa it is too far away from the City centre so not ideal but fine for business.Breakfast was one of the poorest selections I have ever seen in Italy.I would not stay again through choice.

Stylish hotel a 20min bus ride from the Leaning Tower. Very comfortable rooms, including spacious family rooms with well-equipped en-suite bathroom (our 11-year-old appreciated the free toiletries!). The receptionist went above and beyond in helping us get there after our van broke down on the Super Strada, and all the staff were fantastically helpful and welcoming. Nice restaurant with good range of meat and fish dishes, plus a delicious vegetarian platter and well mixed cocktails. Would definitely stay again if in Pisa.

Clean but a little far out, poor breakfast

Stayed here for 5 nights in April. Hotel was a bit out of the main tourist area, but it was easy to catch a bus and was cheap to use. Room was clean and bed was comfortable although it was a little cold (apparently they’d had a heatwave the week before and switched the heating off, not sure why they couldn’t switch it back on). Breakfast was rather poor with very little choice - no toaster only a press of sorts, breakfast staff were nice though as well as the evening restaurant staff. Reception staff apart from one lady were also nice. On our last night the fire alarm sounded, obviously we dressed and went out, the alarm sounded for around 45 minutes as the night staff didn’t know how to switch it off! When departing in the morning the was no mention od the alarm or an apology!

The hotel is very clean and modern. We arrived just before 2pm and were told the room would be ready within 20 minutes. We had a drink in the bar and the receptionist came over to us to inform us the room was ready after 15 minutes. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and extremely clean. A safe is provided in the room. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar area is very nice and the staff here were also very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
