Location

    This hotel is very centrally located and convenient to Pisa and the tower. It is a very short ride from the airport and a cheap taxi fare. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. It is an older hotel but it has been maintained up to a very clean comfortable state.

    I stayed in the Hotel Bologna in April for a brief sightseeing visit with my friend. The hotel was clean & comfortable with a traditional feel and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was ample with the best orange juice I have tasted in a good while. The location is on a quiet side street between the station & the tower so this was perfect for us.The only negative was how long the toilet took to fill before it could be flushed but this was a minor inconvenience.After leaving I realised I had left a pair of trousers behind & I contacted the hotel & they promptly returned them by courier even emailing to let me know when they had been dispatched! As a travel agent myself I was happy with the service & Hotel & will happily reccomend it to my customers visiting Pisa.

    A really decent hotel for one night in Pisa

    We were so tired from a friend's wedding on the weekend, that finding a nice big room, with a large bathroom space was a welcomed surprise. Our room was accessed from a courtyard space and was on the ground floor. We stayed for one night and we had a great sleep, along with a good breakfast the following morning. The hotel is not too far from Pisa Centrale and a pleasant walk over the Arno River to the Leaning Tower.

    Fabulous hotel, lovely rooms with painted frescoes on many walls. Big range of food at breakfast. Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Located only 9 minutes from the train station on foot, very easy to get to. Would recommend to others especially for overnight stays.

    We were at this hotel 3 night in February.The best advantage of this hotel is its location, near the central station, centre of city, and important attractions like pisa tower( just 15 minutes walking to pisa tower. 5 minutes to central station)Room was very clean, big enough. But it is not soundproof at all and noise comes from the rooms above or nearby.Breakfast was excellent. Great variety of croissants and Italian pastries. Eggs and sausage and fruit. A true Italian breakfast experience.
