The hotel is strategically located in the northeast of Sardinia, only 3.2 km from the centre of town. 2 junior suites, 3 suites and 70 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A real disappointment

Pros: Nice breakfast spread. Excellent coffee. Clean room. Cons: NO air conditioning in the entire hotel during our stay. Every guest we spoke to was also disappointed by the hotel’s lack of concern or understanding that this might be a problem. We were not able to sleep during our stay as it was warm and balmy even in May. I would never return to the Jazz hotel nor could I ever recommend it to others.

Very kind and helpful reception who will try to accommodate requests. Kind and friendly.Housekeeping friendly and relaxed.Clean and comfortable room. Relaxed atmosphere. Convenient for the airport especially, about a 10 -15 minute walk. Breakfast was fine.

Okayish, but a lot room for improvement.

We had chosen this place since it was close to the airport. The place is cozy and comfortable to reach. By car u have no problems to discover the island. The hotel provides sufficient parking for free. However, the place cannot be recommended if you wanna visit Olbia only, it is too far from the City Center.The rooms are spacious, the bed is cozy and the bathroom has enough space for your amenities. The weird thing was the towels. While the towels for the showers were regular one, all the others are made out of the same material like a napkin. I honestly never made a similar experience in any other hotel on this entire world. It was like having dinner in the bathroom. It is not convenient at all.The room provides no coffee machine, only old fashioned instant-coffee, no milk or anything. The room itself is also sound-proof except for passing guests at the door talking loud.The cleaning was properly done and really quick. Wi-Fi is well working. The balcony of our room is shared with other rooms, just separated by a small fence. The air-conditioning is inactive, only available during summer time and cannot be handled on your own. You need to get adaption done by the receptionist downstairs, but as said – since it was not summer there is no air-conditioning available and you need to regulate it manually opening the door and closing it again when you wanna sleep. We did not wanna get robbed since the balcony is shared with others, so we had to close it.The staff at the reception was okayish, not really welcoming you. In the beginning they neither found our reservation in their system and were close to say we have none. Confusing.The breakfast is below average. The juices are 90s style, made out of artificial flavored powder mixed with water, not drinkable. The warm dishes need to be paid extra except for scrambled eggs with bacon. All others including fresh juices you have to pay 5 Euro each. Unacceptable! The choice of bread is restricted on Sundays – obviously the bakery is closed? There are two sorts of fruits one green salad and tomatoes, nothing else. Some choice of sausage, cheese. Sweets are sufficient (majority of the breakfast). At least the coffee is delicious. You have only one sort of regular milk, nothing else. Some yogurt in cups, nothing open. Conclusion: I had better breakfast in three star hotels for less money. To be honest: the hotel is okay for a one night stay, but not for vacations – and don’t drink that juices!

Just what an overnight traveller needs!

Almost perfect overnight stop near Olbia airport. The only downside was the lack of an extra pillow. There was a phone, but no number on it for reception.As we were leaving early, like a lot of others, we were offered an early bird mini breakfast in the lobby, which was appreciated.There are shopping malls all around the hotel, and if you look, you'll probably find a restaurant. Any one would be preferable to the "Michelin" rip-off in the hotel restaurant.Its about a 15 min walk to the airport

Convenient Hotel Near the Airport

I chose this hotel because it is conveniently located near the airport and has good reviews. There is an excellent restaurant downstairs (I got room service for dinner) and nice selections at the breakfast buffet (best coffee I had while in Italy). I would stay here again.
