We stayed 3 nights in Vittoria Milan and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very good; Duomo di Milano and shops & restaurants within walking distance and metro stop near. The room was nice, clean and well equiped. The air con was not on, but we opened the window to get fresh air. The staff was wonderful and made us feel welcomed. We stayed here for one night as we were travelling back from Milan Malpensa.The reception staff were all very cheerful, welcoming and helpful.The hotel is lovely, the only issue was the rooms were very warm and we couldn't work the air conditioning. Hotel correct with nice staff. Young guy at front desk gave us very good address for restaurants close to hotel. Good breakfast. A coffee machine in self-service is needed.Room was small for 2 suitcases, but the bed was comfortable.Weakness was the washroom. Very difficult for access and exit the shower due to toilet bowl location. Tiny Room, worn off amenities, no value for money

The room unfortunately could not live up to the promises of a 4star hotel. It was tiny, the shower-head was broken, ventilation in the bath was broken, toilet seat broken, telephone not working and the wallpaper came off the wall. This all for 250 EUR/night. So not recommendable.
