    Large room, clean hotel, great location!

    This was an excellent location close to the Milan Central Train Station - about 8 minutes on foot. The hotel was very clean and the room and bathroom were huge! The view from our room was nice and we had two windows that opened giving us fresh air. There is a rooftop patio but it was unfortunately closed during our visit. There is another patio but we were unsure if we could use it or not. The breakfast was very good with lots of options for everyone. We walked from here to the Duomo di Milano in about 25-30 minutes and we also used the subway system which is two minutes away on foot so easily accessible if someone prefers not to walk. Lots of restaurants on the streets around this hotel and there is a lobby bar with a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink. We would come back!

    We stayed here on two separate occasions. The first time our room was situated at the rear of the hotel and the second time unfortunately we were put into the front of the hotel. This makes a massive difference as the room to the front is so noisy.The teams and the cars are relentless.The hotel won't turn on the air conditioning in March and the rooms are too warm. Overall not a nice experience.The breakfast is ok. Tinned fruit and no decent bread. The waiter has a look of sour milk on his face, he needs to lighten up a bit. It's a breakfast area not a military camp.Overall Marconi is a decent enough hotel. But if they allocated you a room at the front of the property, then go elsewhere.

    Alert 1 !! The hotel is on a busy TRAM route. Average 30 seconds per tram. You can't rest, work or sleep.Alert 2 !! The hotel reception is stubborn. They did not attempt to accommodate the request to relocate.For an average price you are at risk of getting a below average hotel. Chose elsewhere.

    No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, de 2 o máximo 3. Muy regular para el precio. Está bien ubicado pero el servicio no es bueno y las instalaciones son viejas (puerta no abre, ducha rota, toallas viejas, el aire acondicionado suena y huele mal). El desayuno es bueno pero no ponen nada (no hay suficientes empleados y capacidad) así que todo se acaba y hay que esperar y “pelearse” con los otros inquilinos por el pan. Se nos perdieron dos cosas en el hotel (una en el comedor y otra en el cuarto) y el hotel no mostró ningún interés. No lo recomiendo. Hay mejores hoteles por ese precio. It’s not a 4-star hotel, more like 2 or maybe 3 at most. It’s very average for the price. The location is good, but the service is poor and the facilities are outdated (door doesn’t open, broken shower, old towels). The breakfast is good, but they don’t restock anything (there aren’t enough staff or resources), so everything runs out, and you have to wait and “fight” with other guests for the bread. We lost two items in the hotel (one in the dining area and one in the room), and the hotel showed no interest. I don’t recommend it. There are better hotels for that price.

    Rooms are very small, mold, hotel is pretty old, although lobby is nice . Room service is disappointing also. It shouldn’t be 4 stars hotel. I’d give it a 3. Breakfast is nice but not a lot of to choose from. But maybe it’s just us because other hotel reviews aren’t bad
