  Convenient location and lovely room and friendly staff

  Gorgeous rooms with dark wood. Very spacious. He sofa bed was opened for us when we arrived. Lovely lobby with bar and restaurant. Only one block from Turro train station. EConvenient location!Hiccup at check in: they had my reservation for 2, not 3 people. An unfriendly, short man in the office in back told lady checking me in I had made the mistake. I quickly showed her my reservation receipt (I had prepaid) stating room for 3. Little man did not apologize or even come out to face the situation.Restaurant out of fish. They offered shrimp since I said I could only eat seafood. Food ok. Would not recommend. Service was outstanding though.Check out was a breeze at 6am. We left our bags and had no trouble retrieving them at 5pm. Helpful, friendly staff.

  Lovely hotel, staff lovely, very clean, close to metro station and very reasonably priced for what you pay. Beds are comfortable with tea and coffee in the room. Rooms are a good size and there’s 4 pillows in the room which is always a bonus!Easy to work out metro from central. Bar open til late. Would definitely recommend

  Exceptional Hospitality at C-Hotels Concorde Milano

  I stayed at 13-14 feb-room 304 at the C-Hotels Concorde Milano, and I must say, my experience was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and perfect location.However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly an employee at the reception desk named Angelo. From the moment we arrived, Angelo went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference.Thank you, Angelo, for your outstanding hospitality and for making my stay at C-Hotels Concorde Milano a memorable one.   Good management is the Hotel’s strength

  Had booked two rooms for three nights in early January 2025. Booked directly through the Best Western.it website and had very good price for such an accommodation. Now the hotel is no longer part of the Best Western chain but of C-Hotels. The management though remained and we would emphasize that this is by far one of the most important pillars of this Hotel. Had a pleasure to meet Stefano Picarelli - the GM of this Hotel, who was the team leader and team builder of the Hotel and sometimes a simple coworker. He did not refrain from helping the staff when they were busy assisting clients even to park their cars in the Hotel garage where we met him personally. The Hotel itself is still in good shape, though a little outdated with street noise penetrating the windows and the door locks not working properly sometimes. Upon booking we had requested upper floors and were given the 7th floor which helped to have less street noise. We were also kindly given adjacent rooms for kids as requested upon booking. Garage was included in our Christmas rate, so we enjoyed free parking, which otherwise would cost extra 15 euros per night. Garage was really small and crowded with cars. One would have really hard time parking an SUV in its tiny spots. Small cars would fit in if you were a good driver ))Breakfasts were average and we would expect more from a four star hotel, with variety of food and quality of desserts.There is a Carrefour market just next to the hotel, which operates until late evening hours and is very convenient to use.The Metro station Turro, which provides an easy access to the City center is just 100 meters away from the Hotel.   Great Amenities and Staff

  Great hotel and amenities, plus the AC works well and can be controlled from the room unlike a lot of places in Italy. It is also located close by all the Milan attractions, walking distance if you prefer. Everything is within 2 miles or less.
