  Very nice hotel with thermal pools. Lovely outside space. Good location not too busy

  I went with my 18 year old daughter and we shared a twin room. The grounds of the hotel were lovely and kept immaculate. There are two thermal pools which are a lovely temperature, a Japanese pebble water walk. Showers at the swimming pools table tennis, bar service available. There are nice seating areas you can take a cup of tea after breakfast. I read a lot of harsh reviews about breakfast the only issues we had were other brits complaints. I thought it was lovely ( if you want a full English fry up don't go to Italy). They layout of breakfast was a bit confusing and the breakfast seating area was a little cramped on the day they didn't open the outside as it had rained in the night. Our room was small ish as no balcony but nice view out of the large window were you could easily dry your swimming costume. Very near (approx 10 mins walk) to the biggest thermal gardens posiedon which we would highly recommend. All in all a lovely hotel. Not in the town centre but with a few restaurants around were you got discount with your voucher given by the hotel. 5 mins from the beach.I have left a review because a lot if the ones I read did not reflect our stay.

  Very nice hotel with relaxing vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Both pools had ample lounging and seating areas. The beach is extremely close with a handful of nice local, reasonably priced restaurants.

  Beautiful laid back boutique hotel just a few minutes walk from the hotel to the sea, thermal spa and quaint town center with amazing restaurants and some cute shops. You will love the casualness of this hotel, the their thermal pools that are nice and warm and the relaxed ambiance that surrounds you. Look for Elena at the Front Desk, she is so helpful, polished and professional and a wonderful person all around. Also, at the Bar, Francesco will amaze you with his delicious (using the freshest ingredients and his skilled techniques), Instagram ready cocktails. He is so personable and will make your evening so fun. The Hotel closes for the winter. You must add this to your Bucket List. We'll be back!! xoxoxo

  Not worth the bother

  We went as part of a Broadway travel package that included excursions and were under the impression it would be 4 star accommodation. This venue is old, tired and unkempt. The reception staff were dismissive and sarcastic so it's certainly not 4* by British standards. The transfers and excursions organised not by the hotel were mostly well executed. The poolside at the hotel was lovely with great views. There is no entertainment to speak of and we witnessed another guest being charged €10 for per bottle of beer on the 'show night' which was normally €4 and they were not told there would be such a big uplift ( they'd had 4 so were not happy!) The cleaning staff regard the 'do not disturb' on the door as permission to enter and the room itself (129) was so dated with dirty sheets, plug sockets that didn't use our eu adapters and lights that worked intermittently. No tea/coffee making facilities and when we asked for a kettle they don't provide them and it was a nightmare trying to get some hot water (which was microwaved!!) from the bar. The barman was the friendliest staff member in fairness. Breakfast was poor, mostly cakes and pastries everyday, hard boiled eggs, awful scrambled version. No toast making facilities and average rea/coffee/juice selections. Some fresh fruit mostly melon, plums & pears.There are no dinner options and in October very few external choices that you can walk to so finding dinner was such hassle. We knew it was bnb but expected to have more choices locally - molo11 and bagno were nice though.The beach along from the hotel is lovely.

  What a lovely hotel we had a wonderful stay here. The pools are amazing like swimming in a hot bath. Sunset views wow! The hotel is traditional style with lots of tiling; much different to the UK But beautiful. lovely bathroom though shower is small. Hooks on the walls which are so useful. Balcony is a bonus not all rooms have them. Barman was lovely and Ischian wine is gorgeous. Stones throw from the beach, restaurants on the doorstep. And would recommend a day at Poseidon spa.
