    Terrible experienceKids running inde the room and corredors..singing, laughfing,talking loud, hiting doors, doung video calls, etc... for the 2 straight nights.Hotel did not solve nor found an alternative.     Extremely Disappointing Experience!

    Hotel Raffaello, Florence – Extremely Disappointing Experience!I had a very poor experience at Hotel Raffaello in Florence and would strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for international tourists. Despite claiming to be a 4-star hotel, it felt more like a 1-2 star property at best.One of the biggest issues was their parking scam. They advertise that parking is included, but in reality, there is no guaranteed parking available or may be not there at all. I tried asking them a few times and hotel staff suggested it’s full all the time. I wasted over an hour trying to find paid parking nearby, which I had to pay for out of pocket, completely misleading and unacceptable.Additionally, there is no kettle or way to make hot water or coffee in the room. When I asked for hot water, I was told to go to the bar area, where they charged 1–2 euros for a single cup of hot water. No iron and no cabinets in the rooms. This is not the kind of service you'd expect from any decent hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star.Overall, this hotel felt like a complete scam , poor service, false advertising, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially foreign travelers looking for comfort and honesty.     Not Worth It – Dirty, No WiFi, and Bathroom Floods

    My experience at this hotel was not great. The room carpet was extremely dirty and stained, making it feel unclean. The WiFi did not work on both nights of my stay, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the bathroom design was poor—every time I took a shower, water flooded the floor because the glass shield was too small to keep it contained. Overall, I expected better cleanliness and amenities. Would not stay here again. I would not recommend to stay here.     This hotel is a hidden gem! I travel a ton and was pleasantly surprised with everything during my stay. Hotel Raffaello exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making every moment of my stay seamless (even with luggage storage). The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, loved the pillows- best sleep ever.Special thanks to Marco, the manager, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. If you're looking for exceptional service, spotless accommodations, and a warm, inviting environment, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in 2025!     Nice hotel outside of Florence

    We stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour. The hotel was a little farther out from Florence, but the trip back and forth was not too bad and there was bus and rail service close by. Our room was nice and clean and after leaving our hotel in Rome with non-working air conditioning, this hotel was a welcome relief as the a/c worked very well. The breakfast in the hotel was similar to the other hotels we stayed in and was good with pastries, coffee, fruit juices, and yogurt. There were not many bars and restaurants close by so more reason to stay in Florence. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
