Fusing old world elegance with modern design, the hotel is located in the heart of Florence on the luxurious Via de Tornabuoni. It is just steps away from the city’s top restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries, museums and luxury retail, and Florence Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral is just 450-meters away.

Facility

4 single rooms and 20 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower.     Great front desk staff, amazing location. Clean and simple. They booked me a very early morning taxi cab to the airport. Really friendly. Great rooftop. Amazing breakfast.     Fantastic Artistic Hotel with Personalised Services

    We spend 4 fantastic nights at the Milu Hotel in Florence. It is the best Florence hotel ever with many plus points. It is located right on the shopping belt. The hotel room smells nice, looks new and inviting, and the room is modernly equipped, of good size, clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. There are modern and pleasant art pieces decorating the whole hotel. The hotel has only 22 rooms, and so it is very exclusive with personal service. The buffet breakfast is very good, as they cook yummy poached eggs (which is rarely available in other hotels' buffet breakfast). The hotel also has a relaxing roof top lounge area for the hotel guest to rest and chill after all the sightseeing/ walking, with complimentary coffee/tea/water. We totally love the roof top lounge area. The best part of the hotel is the professional, attentive and personal services by the Milu Hotel team. They write handwritten notes to us, and the front desk staff such as Claudia, Alessia and Aldair are all very helpful. We feel so at home in the hotel. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Florence and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to Florence.     Luxury, Convenience and Comfort!

    I think this is the best experience we have we had at a hotel! Hotel Milu is perfectly situated, steps away from key attractions. Milu has delightfully fresh and current decor, incredibly comfortable accommodations, and fantastic service. Every detail is cared for by the hotel’s truly extraordinary staff, who hit the perfect balance of attentive and friendly. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and ours had a lovely balcony. The accommodations included little luxuries, such as a heated towel rack. Beds were completely comfortable. Bathroom had enough counter space and easy-to-access hairdryer, etc. There’s a bar if you’d like to order a cocktail and relax on their rooftop garden or at the lounge. We were sad to leave!     Wonderful place to stay in Florence

    I don’t think I’d change a thing about our experience at Hotel Milu. Everything was lovely; I enjoyed the room, the art, and the central location on a very fashionable block. Too fashionable for my budget and lifestyle but it’s fun to look. The breakfast was divine and the outside terrace was a perfect to enjoy it. I want that espresso/cappuccino machine so much! The staff was wonderful and helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
