    It was a nice hotel and very reasonable price. Nice big room with a massive bed. There are 2 pools, one downstairs and One at the rooftop. One little thing they could improve is the water pressure, it is a little low. Would have been awesome if the water pressure was good.No need to bring adapter from Australia as there are sockets that cater for Aussie electrical equipment.

    This hotel was my last hotel of 3 in a 14 day trip. They defernetly didnt save the best till last. I have been travelling for years (solo) taking 4 trips per year. I have been all over Asia, this hotel was the worst I have ever seen. The travel agent booked a superior room with a view, but when I arrived I was informed I had been up graded to a deluxe and my room wasn't quite ready While waiting in the reception for the room to be ready I was very hot, tried and felt uncomfortable after my drive from Uluwatu to Seminyak. The reception didn't have any air conditioning. and I was sat there for over an hour and I wasnt even offered a glass of water. When I did ask for a water, I was informed that there was water in my room. While waiting for my room, I asked if I could have a look around. I was told yes. I walked around the hotel pool area and public areas and they were awful. The toilets smelt, the toilet bowls were stained it looked disgusting. the bins were full and broken. The walls everywhere had broken concrete, the pool beds were filthy and I dont mean 1 or 2 I mean all needed a good clean with bleach, and it need maintenance. The hand rails were loose and the wooden floors around both pools were lose with loose rusty screws. In my opinion this hotel needs a refurbishment. I had done all my excursions in the 1st 7 days so staying at the jambuluwuk for 7 nights was supposed to be relaxing by the pool, but i wasnt going to be able to do this. Everywhere you looked there was rust . After over an hour I returned back to the reception and I was showed to my room. It was awful. I was informed I had been up graded from a superior to deluxe dont make me laugh. My superior room. had a window with a great view but this deluxe room had a window that looked out onto a brick wall and the kids area was beside my room. The shower curtain was fifty the toilet again was stained. I returned back to reception and said I wanted the room that I paid for. The reply was your room isn't ready but if you would like to see it we will get it ready for you. So again I sat in reception until someone was able to take me to the room. The room I booked had a lovely view. but the superior room they showed me had a view of a brick wall and again it all needed maintenance and no shower only a bath. which I can't use as I am disabled, and the.hotel knew I was disabled as I was on a walking stick. I said I was leaving and contracting my travel agent . Again I was asked to take a seat in reception and they got the manager to speak to me. While I was sitting there I did contact my travel agent and she was on it straight away. She sent an email telling the hotel I wasnt happy and she informed them that she had seen pictures and videos to prove my concerns. Once the manager come to see me i was shown in his opinion the best room of the 3.This room had a balcony but again I was looking at a brick wall, but I did have a balcony and shower. Th shower floor needed bleaching, the towels and bed sheets were clean but gray and stained, but I did get a goodnight sleep. The following day on 19th may I went to the reception again to say that my sheets and towels were strained. and I just wanted the hotel to know it wasn't me that did it. On one day I had gone down to the pool area for a walk, I was only there for 30 mins. When I went back to the lift was out of order fro maintenanceThis hotel is registered as a 5 star hotel but it had no hair dryer or iron on offer. and I had to ask for a tv remote as there wasnt 1 in the room. I did stay in the hotel until the end of my holiday but it was just to sleep. The bar next door is part of the hotel, I had a few meals in there with a few cocktails over the 7 nights I stayed. They have music on from 8 In my opinion this hotel is only a 2 star

    OMG what an amazing experience the food and dancers we're sensational. Our room was top notch all staff so so friendly. Resort so clean pools so clean great position in Seminyak. Jacqui and Richie Brisbane Australia

    Dirty bathroom needed a good bleaching. Our window was facing a brick wall. Pool area , very strange set up. Its a very Dull hotel. I had a massage whilst there. It wasn't cheap and not relaxing. Next cubicle was very noisy.We stripped the bed on leaving after 5 days and there was old blood down the side of the mattress.Then on checking out they said they would have to check the room. With hindsight we should have refused the room on arrival.Would never stay in Seminyak again. Very disappointed.Breakfast was good.
