  Best experience in this hotel.Food was delicious, staff were bery cooperative.In swimming, staff ashwant was bery helping who gave better tips and guidance which helped me and my daughters to learn swimming.He was very attentive at swimming pool area In happy hub club, staff rahul was bery helpful who helped in learning snooker . He also helped my daughters in learning canvas paining and foose ball game, air hockey game.In live singing event, staff rahul helped me and create confidence to sing a song and also motivate my daughter to sing song and other melodiesCleaning staff were also very good.   We lived over there for 3 nights, it was very good experience. We enjoyed happy hub where we meet Mr. Rahul who is very polite and gentlemen. His meeting was fabulous.   Worst ever experience with club Mahindra. Checkin room was pigeon house changed to another room but the housekeeping staff Devender misbehaviour with wife was not tolerable at all. However Monika Sharma mam listened to the complaint and act accordingly. Thereafter Sawai Singh also looked into the matter but don't know what he has done in this matter. Afterwards I told him to not to take any action towards Devender house keeping boy. In between one incident that Mr. Ayush of housekeeping staff didn't take my luggage to room which I myself took to the room. Such kind of hospitality services served by club Mahindra staff Internet issue was always there all days. If there weren't Monika, Ajay, Armaan your manager and team, then it would be difficult to survive there for a day itself. Please do take care of your name and provide services accordingly to your standards. It is overly restrictive, lacks transparency, and comes with too many hidden terms and conditions.The booking process is complicated with limited availability and confusing rules, which defeats the whole purpose of a hassle-free vacation. It often feels like they are more focused on extracting additional money through upgrades and add-ons.Overall, the membership is not worth the cost and has been a frustrating experience.
