    I recently stayed at The Leela Ambience with my friends, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free.Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the room had everything we needed, and the view made our stay even more relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after spending the day together.One of the best parts of our stay was the hospitality. Every staff member we met was kind, polite, and always happy to help. They made us feel truly welcome, which made a big difference. My personal favourite is zoya she is soo kind and beautiful such an amazing girl and love talking to her. We spent a lot of time exploring the hotel, clicking pictures, and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Every corner of the property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It felt like a perfect little escape from our busy routine.What I loved the most was how comfortable and cared for we felt throughout our stay. It wasn’t just a luxury hotel it felt warm, relaxing, and genuinely welcoming. We made so many lovely memories together, and I already can’t wait to come back.A big thank you to everyone at The Leela Ambience for making our trip so special. If you’re planning a stay with friends, I truly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy good food, and create unforgettable memories.

    This is the perfect hotel to stay at if your work is around Ghaziabad. Pros: - perfect rooms, spacious and very well furnished, with excellent finess.- located close to the new airport and very well located if you have to visit Ghaziabad.- Food was decent. Breakfast was pretty good. - gym is decent and well maintained.- they have a few other activities, sadly never got the time to give them a try. Cons: - the swimming pool was such a slet down, didnt feel like staying for more than 5 minutes. The life guard makes you feel extremely unwelcome. The pool is tiny for such a big hotel. Very few tables and chairs incase you want to sit for nibble.Then they have a "NO UNDERGARMENTS ALLOWED IN THE POOL" rule.The service over the rest of the hotel is pretty good and extremely helpful. Was very impressed everytime I used the guest relations button on the in room phone! Generally the hotel is a proper 5 on 5, however the whole swimming pool fiasco just made it a little sour, didnt visit the pool after that. But other than that.. would definitely recommend staying here.
