Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, highly recommended.

    rating23 Sept 2026

My daughter and I stayed for three nights. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Although check-in officially begins at 3:00 PM, our room was ready by noon when we arrived early. The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We were most pleasantly surprised by a birthday surprise: during breakfast, birthday music started playing, and the staff wished my daughter a happy birthday with a cake and a candle. Thank you for the wonderful experience - we will definitely be back.

    Must stay!!

    rating22 Sept 2026

Lovely stay here! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The reception team were really friendly and helpful, especially when recommending places to visit and things to do in the area. The location was fantastic, with a great shopping centre and plenty of restaurants right on the doorstep. The hotel was around a 15-minute walk into the city centre, which we didn’t mind at all. I also loved the water machine in reception — the water was lovely and ice cold!Breakfast was great, and the sausages were definitely my favourite! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
