    We keep coming back to this hotel time and time again. Not just because of where it is or the comfortable spotless rooms. What makes it for us is the staff who are always so friendly and willing to go out of there way to help and make your stay enjoyable.

    Refunds from Hermes Hotel

    Booked a Hermes via Expedia. The hotel then decided to close for maintenance 3 nights before our booking finished so we had to book another hotel nearby. Hotel stated that they would give us a refund for the cancelled days but as we booked via expedia we had to go through them. Expedia have now stated that are unable to refund us - effectively stealing our money.Hotel and Expedia should have really sorted this out so be careful if you book the Hermes

    Nice hotel very clean friendly staff But they let they own family to come to the hotel to and so much with children that don’t stay at the hotel and use the pool not happy at allIf you are going to pay what you pay you need a bit of calm. The son of the bartender was screaming all the time running all over the place and the other kid is in the pool just scramming . Not a Relaxin place at all

    Comfortable rooms and good food. The landscaping is attractive and the pools are great; there is a tiny one if you want somewhere quieter.Also 2 minute walk to super market which is very helpful. The beach is nearby and tons of restaurants on a boardwalk.

    We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially George, Alberto, Christina, and Angelo). Clean rooms, beautiful pool area, and great food and drinks. Close proximity to Kamari beach which has plenty to do, as well as to the bus stop that takes you to Fira from where you can explore the island. Highly recommend.
