  Good accommodation at cheap rates

  I was in this hotel for 7 days. This is very close to main railway station. You can keep Frankfurt as your central place for business meetings till munich. This hotel will allow you to have good breakfast to start your day. Location is very peaceful and good for business travellers. You must use this facility.

  Worst experience ever!!

  I visited this hotel in the summer heat wave in August 2015. I was looking forward to the experience since this is one of the only hotels we could find with air conditioning. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing it had going for it. They falsely advertised they had free wi-fi. They consider free wi-fi a computer in the hotel lobby that you share with all of the other guests. They charge 10 Euro per day for in room wi-fi. Also, they advertised free parking- good luck with that! It means you ride around looking for street parking. The older woman at the front desk was rude and argumentative with us when we tried to talk to her about how they advertised the things they said they had. And forget trying to alter or cancel your reservation, they charge 90% of your reservation if you alter your plans in any way, shape, or form. Several days our room was not cleaned because we did not leave by 9:30 am. The lights in the hallway were not working so we had to try to get in our room in the dark each night. One morning while eating breakfast, there was a leak from the toilet in the room above the breakfast room that sent water all over one of the breakfast tables. The woman in charge of the breakfast room cleaned it up with a dish rag and did not use any kind of bleach to disinfect it!!!! Needless to say, we will never return here and urge you to save your money and find another hotel to stay at.

  Dont waste your time and money

  terrible hotel with rude staff. receptionist was arguing with me about how I spell my own name - its wrong apparently. rooms were extremely dusty, toilets were mouldy, carpets were stained (didnt dare walk barefoot), walls were stained, no firealarm and breakfast was extremely sad. dodgy area that i didnt feel safe walking alone at night, and ofcourse noisy at night. ust go somewhere else!

  Great for business at Messe

  Hotel run by eastern european staff. They are very polite and very helpful, if you are polite and nice with them.Unfortunately the hotel is pretty run down, in my room television didnt work and there was no fire alarm. Wifi worked very well and breakfast was fresh and plenty. Would recommend if you travel to Frankfurt Messe.

  This hotel was disgusting. The floor was dirty, there were brown rings on the paper the drinking glasses were sitting on. Not to mention that they advertise that they have Air Conditioning and they certainly do not! Although we were in a non smoking room there was a pile of cigarette butts on the windowsill, gross! I will never stay here again, do not go there. Breakfast looked horrible, old cold cuts and no juice. Ugh!!!
