  Excellent Service, Great Location, and a Wonderful Stay

  I had an excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze.The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great views of the surrounding area. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, shops, and many of Tbilisi's attractions.The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of fresh and delicious options every morning, and the dining area was pleasant and well organized.What impressed me most was the service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Maka, the Front Office Manager, for her exceptional assistance. After my stay, she kindly helped arrange the safekeeping of a bag I had accidentally left behind and provided excellent communication and support.This hotel combines great facilities, a convenient location, beautiful views, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would gladly stay here again.   Best Hotel Ever!

  I have been traveling for over 40 years now, mostly US, Europe and South America, and this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Definitely in my top 10, if not top 5. This hotel offers the perfect balance of pleasant, updated and convenient. I’m quite demanding with my taste (my wife can attest to that!), and I was thrilled about not only the accommodations, but also the impeccable service I received.The hotel itself is perfectly located, not in the downtown area, but just outside, closer to the hills. It offers open views on both sides, and it’s close to shops, transportation, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The room was super clean, very nice, comfortable bed, and practical desk area. Bathroom was very nice and updated. Three elevators, also newer and always quick to come. Hallways and lobby very nice and updated, very well planned. Nice fitness room, and it even offered a laundry room.And the service… well, the service was something else. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, was courteous, professional, attentive, and helpful. Smiles and solutions all around. Front desk, restaurant, room service, cleaning crew, you name it. You can tell that this hotel is VERY well managed.To top it off, the rooms are also reasonably priced. You really get more than the value for your money.I just wish I could take this hotel with me everywhere I travel!   The staff is excellent so polite and professional at the desk and even at the breakfast in the morning. I love that they have complimentary breakfast which most Hilton doesn’t. The breakfast was wonderful too. I would recommend it and will visit again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I stayed at the Hilton on 5 February and had a great experience thanks to Nini. When I arrived, I wasn’t feeling very well, and she genuinely tried her best to comfort me and make me feel at ease. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly.Her compassion and professionalism truly stood out and made a real difference in my stay. Nini is a real asset to the Hilton team.
