    The staff at the reception were amazing very efficient and very helpful and very courteousI was helped greatly by both Natali and Ani to manage many things specially parking as non are available as guests have to find street parkingThey are both very hard working front office staff working 12 hours a day while keeping the smile at all time Thank you Ani and NataliThe room is very clean and very comfortable and gets very well cleaned every day

    Best location and easy accessibility. Good professional staff. Easy accessibility and all other facilities are nearby including groceries. Pharmacy. Exchange house and fruits shop. Excellent.

    Fantastic hotel! The check in was great - I got my room straight away. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Many thanks to all staff, in particular to George, Lizi and wonderful ladies who cleaned my room. Overall it is a great hotel, deserves 4 stars.

    The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They not only recommended the best places to visit in Tbilisi but also assisted me in organizing a tour around Georgia. Every team member I interacted with was kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming.Even the General Manager, George, personally made sure we felt acknowledged and shared valuable insights with us, which added a thoughtful touch to our stay.Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.Best of luck to the whole team — keep up the great service just as it is!

    I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at Best Western Tbilisi from May 10-14, 2025. Below is a breakdown of the issues I encountered:Unreliable Air Conditioning: Upon check-in, I was not informed by the hotel staff that the AC had been down for several days. The room was unbearably hot (around 2:00 PM), and when I reported it, I was told the AC was off due to anticipated cool weather. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed that a technician could only address the issue the following day. I was left with no AC for the night, with the only suggestion being to keep the balcony door open.Telephone Issues: The telephone in the room wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the reception to report each issue in person, which was incredibly inconvenient.Unhelpful Front Desk Staff: The front desk staff was unresponsive and appeared helpless. They repeatedly stated they could not turn on the AC or offer a refund due to hotel policy. I requested a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, but they refused without offering any viable solution. The hotel manager was either on vacation or unavailable and did not respond to calls from the front desk.Lack of Customer Service: Despite these multiple issues, the hotel staff seemed indifferent, offering no real assistance. The staff’s attitude was disappointing, especially given Best Western’s reputation for customer service.Only after involving the local police was I granted a full refund for my stay. This entire experience ruined my trip, and I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options when staying in Tbilisi.I would expect much better customer service from a brand like Best Western, and I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these issues to avoid future complaints.
