The rooms are enough bit but need renovation. Furniture is a little bit old. The air in the room was very heavy, i tried to open window, window was not clean and curtains as well.the breakfast and dinnere were really good. The sea is walking distance. Between sea and hotel there is play ground for kids. The mall is next to the hotel. Over all not bad but need to renovate and clean rooms good 4 stars hotel quality not 5

You would expect from any hotel to provide hot water, basic smile from the front desk, and twin beds , right? Wrong !! We are now at this hotel. We asked for a twin room and the only nearest thing they had was a double bed and a couch that cannot be slept on . Me and my friend have physical condition that we cannot sleep together , and one of us had to break the back on this "couch" . Food is unetable. The first night there was no heating in the room, the third night- no hot water. Both due to a problem in the whole hotel. The staff are mostly rude, hardly speak any English. ENGLISH!! Dining room staff screamed at me because I didn't put the spoon the way she wanted. Is this a service at a hotel ??? I will sleep in a tent and NEVER EVER come back here!!

This was one of the most awful experiences of my life. This was NOT a five stars hotel, it wasn’t even a two stars! Everything was old and dirty, from the furniture at the entrance to corridors, rooms, the bathroom, …The walls and the carpets were all stained. The towels weren’t similar, they were all different materials and all torn! The curtains were so dirty, stained, and torn that you didn’t even want to touch them. My friend got stuck in the bathroom because the handle broke but fortunately was saved because he wasn’t alone in the room, but his friend saved him after more than two hours stuck in the bathroom. Even after we told the lobby about it, they didn’t do anything and didn’t care.All the staff working at the Hotel were extremely rude and aggressive, and they don’t speak any other languages than georgian. There is no swimming pool no beach nothing. Everything mentioned in their advertising is a lie. The breakfast was extremely poor. The Hotel is like 25 minutes away from the center of Batumi so not easy to go and come. Anyway, I can go on for hours so The only last thing I can say is : Do NOT put your feet there!!!

The only positive point of this hotel was only the view of rooms and big windows! The services was terrible,the room telephone was out of work,i had to go to lobby to ask extra blanket for my daughter and after 1 day they brought it!!!! After several times i went to lobbey
