    Right at the nexus of everything.

    Clean rooms and hallways, with immediate smiles at the check-in counter. And when a problem arose in the room, it was resolved with a single phone call in under five minutes.Being an early booker paid off with a great deal on accommodation right next to the convention center. Breakfast was filling and varied, with plenty of options for everyone. A direct connection to the parking structures was a welcome bonus as well.Where there's room to grow: the room ran a bit warm overnight for my liking (cold boi). The hotel bar staff, at least during our visit, seemed a little disengaged.. not quite in customer service mode. Which kept our time there brief. And while parking is convenient, the rates feel a touch steep for hotel guests; a loyalty discount of some kind would go a long way.     A banging great room

    A pleasant hotel in which I never had to queue for anything. Rooms are quiet and I couldn't hear anything from next door. The only sound I could hear coming from outside was the neighboring door being closed in the hallway. One small thing bugged me though. The shower door, the cabinet doors and the toilet seat none had any softeners or dampeners in them. So every time they were closed, they closed with a loud bang.     The hotel is located in a mall that is open quite late, so it's easy to come even in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly and clear. My room was quiet, tidy and well equipped. Also the breakfast was very nice with a great view over Helsinki. I would recommend this hotel for any kind of trip. It's a bit on the expensive side, but you get value for the money.     Business meeting with pre-booked conference room was organized well. The central location is great with an easy access by public transport or car. The hotels conference room floor was tidy, modern and comfortable with options to adjust the room settings, like lighting. The breakfast buffet was great with abundant options, from hot to cold. The lunch had various selection of salads and vegetables and multiple options of tasty main courses too. Afternoon coffee break included small snacks, vegetables with guacamole and delicious cakes.     The hotel is in a good location, inside a shopping center. Despite this, it is quiet. The standard room is decorated in a Scandinavian style and is similar in terms of amenities to a room in the Omena hotel chain. In other words, there are no additional comforts. This is not typical for Finnish hotels. For example, the room does not have a minibar or slippers that would improve hygiene. Our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay. Breakfast is average. There were a lots of families with children staying at this hotel.
