I was happy with the room and breakfast. The sauna and swimming pool very a nice addition, all though I was disappointed as I got to know that the swimming pool is out of use for mainteinance reasons on friday mornings. Also needed to fix one leaking pide in the hotel room. Otherwise I was happy, and beds very cozy! Thank you for the stay.

Scored 1010The staff greeted us with a warm smile and good vibes, were clear with the details and instructions and overall pleasant. The facilities were great, love a good sauna and to take a little swim when possible. The room was great - good room, excellent air conditioning, nice size TV, comfy bed, comfy pillows and a very nice bathroom with lovely amenities. Got a very good nights sleep, appreciate when this happens!The breakfast was also great, haven't had scrambled eggs that good in a long time! Plus the minty smoothies were amazing.All in all an excellent experience, will definitely consider booking next time!

I was traveling with family of 4 and stay at Hotel HAAGA was very good with Sauna, Gym, swimming pool and daily breakfast buffet. We stayed May May 28th through June 2nd and then from June 4th through 9th. Only issue with was with the bathroom in rooms which were too small when compared to American hotels. For Helsinki city we always took Uber service.

Overall great experience at this property. If you’re traveling here for the first time, get the HSL app and the Transit app. HSL is Helsinki’s official transportation app, this is where you’ll find tickets. I’d recommend getting a multi-day pass (max 3 days for foreigners, use a guest account). Transit is the most accurate app in terms of finding the best routes to go around the city. Day 1 is challenging, but you’ll get the hang of it afterwards. The hotel was good quality, no complaints at all. I mostly came back just to sleep and was out exploring the city for most of the day, so can’t speak to the amenities, although there are plenty.
