Great place and amazing service.

This was our first stay at this hotel and we had a Swim Up Room and it was the perfect choice because we had our own private spot in the pool. Our butler Jairon Rosario was outstanding, he was very respectful, attentive, and dilligent; he made sure we had everything we needed. He definetly helped make our stay an unforgetrable one. The service throughtout the hotel was excellent, the staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to make our group feel welcomed.At the restaurants, Juana, Jonathan, Julio and Yanerys gave it their all with their amazing service, it made all our meals so much better; Felix, by the pool, always went above and beyond for us. Martina always left our room clean and shiny. The check in/check out process for the Diamond club was very easy, the staff there were very welcoming and gave excellent service. In short, if you're looking for an amazing place to stay, we definitely recommend this hotel.

Diamond Club waste of Money!

The overall experience was good but I paid for the Diamond Club and that was a waste of money. When we arrived it was hectic and it took forever to get checked in. We sat around not knowing what was going on it took about 1 1/2 hours to get to our room. We were assigned a butler but we never saw him or heard from him after he left our room on the first day. We continually asked that our mini bar be stocked and nothing - no contact and no restock. We got our own seats, towels, made reservations at the restaurants and our excursions. It was a real disappointment that I spent the extra money for nothing. I would never recommend the Diamond Club to no one. The overall staff was nice and place was clean. The only complaint about the room is that there is not enough electrical outlets - our room only had one next to the bed. The outlet in the bathroom was didn't work and the TV service was horrible. I personally do not think I would visit again or recommend it.

Brilliant holiday, hotel grounds beautiful and staff in particular the entertainment team were great.Bombon, Joselito, Reina, Electrica, Heydo and Bernard were all fantastic. They work hard all hours and still bring joy and happiness to everyone’s day with encouragement to join in fun games, dancing and consistent energy. Great people and a joy to be around! We had a few issues in terms of our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days and we could never book into restaurants which we have not had before, once speaking with guest services we had help to sort these out.
