Worth a visit. Always sun loungers available.

Me, my wife and adult daughter (18) arrived on June the 8th and stayed for 2 weeks. We had two rooms both were spacious and we had a garden view which looked over a lake with Flamingo’s, a Stork, peacocks and ducks, which was nice to wake up too. The main buffet restaurant always had fresh food being cooked and as a family always found something tasty. I would strongly recommend visiting the a la carte restaurants with the Teppanyaki and Bristolian being our favourites; but all were worth a visit. There are loads of bars to choose from with our evenings spent in the lobby bar, sports bar and adults only bar mainly. The pool car was nice during the first week when it was quiet; however, in the second week it became busy and very boisterous with drunk Americans so we moved to a quieter pool which had its own bar. There was always sun loungers available no matter what time you arrived by the pools if you weren’t picky about which pool you used. The facilities were good with a coffee shop, ice-cream parlour and a shop along with a small Chappell catering for weddings etc. The only moan I have is that on occasions the bartenders didn’t speak great English so getting orders across could be a challenge. The hotel has English, American and lots of South American people there which added a nice blend of people. Just be mindful you need to travel on a train from the rooms and pools to the lobby and some of the restaurants and bars but they arrive every 5 minutes or so but can get busy at peak times. The guest Services department helped us immediately with the few minor problems we had with our room. Leandro was fantastic. He made a huge difference with our stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish, but what truly made the experience special was the coaching.?A huge thank you to Yeandro, our instructor.
