Tiny room, disappointing housekeeping

Very near the metro which is a big plus. It’s very quiet around the hotel area, you definitely need to take the metro out if u are looking for more food options and to see the city. Room is very tiny with no fridge and no built in wardrobe. There is no proper desk for work either if you are on business trip. Great choices of breakfast varieties. Housekeeping only happens every 4th day but u can request more frequently with no charge. However housekeeping service is not satisfactory and not thorough. They forgot to replace used paper cups, didnt clean bathroom hair, did not clear bin completely. I provided the feedback to the reception, but the service did not change after that. Dust can be seen especially when the curtains are drawn up.

Impressed with the Hotel. The location is just across the Metro but peaceful, Clean and quite(Surrounded by water). Rooms small but clean and modern. The Lobby and Share work was spacious. Bar had limited food options but had enough selection you can munch on with good selection of Beer and Wine. The BEST Breakfast buffet! Pay extra you will not regret it! Have not seen the word “Organic” so many times in a given space.

The hotel was very clean, spacious, well internally designed, perfect breakfast and quality of food. Very easy access and close to the central Copenhagen.

Great location even if its outside the main city area. Close to the metro station and the city is just 10 minutes away after that. Front office staff is very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good, though crowded when we went there due to Easter holidays.

A very strong breakfast with convenient location close to the city centre- just a 5 minute metro away. Room was very cozy but rather small. Staff were lovely. HOWEVER, very pricey, and little to no information in hotel about Copenhagen which would have been helpful.
