Great Hotel with Friendly Staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: close to the city center and the main attractions, yet in a very quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep.The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We especially appreciated being allowed a late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient.The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Prague. Highly recommended!

A wonderful hotel with lots of character close to all the main attractions. Rooms and bed very comfortable. We really loved our stay staff so friendly we would highly recommend this hotel and will stay next time we visit.

Delightful Hotel in Great Location and Super Friendly Staff

The Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace in Prague is a delightful hotel where the staff are super friendly. Due to the available flight times, we arrived hours before our allowable check in time, but the hotel was happy to securely store our luggage, so we could go out and explore and have some lunch before check in time arrived. They even offered one of the three rooms we had booked as being already available if we wanted to use it immediately.When we arrived back to check in officially, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly, then our suitcases were delivered to our rooms. Five minutes later, there was a knock on our door and they delivered a half bottle of champagne, on ice, to each of our party's three rooms, again all complimentary.The rooms were tidy and clean, with a very period feel to them. Maybe they looked a little tired compared to an ultra modern hotel room, but the styling fitted the building. Beds were reasonably comfortable, although they don't do pillows in the same way we do them in the UK, but we managed to sleep just fine.There's a lovely intimate bar area, which was the perfect place for a night cap with our friends before we eventually retired to bed. Just over to the west side of the main bridge, away from the noise and crowds, but only 5 minutes walk to the bridge, the nights were nice and silent for sleeping... a great location, we thought.We would definitely choose this hotel again when we go back to Prague in the future..

Wonderful hotel close to Prague’s historic areas, restaurant’s and trams run past the door. Great room, very comfortable and spacious over looking gardens. Special mention to JeanPaul and the concierge who both went out of their way to make us feel welcome and guided us on our visit. Highly recommend !!!
