Hey, management, keep an eye on your youngsters manning the desk at late hours. I had a young female whippersnapper laughing and telling me “we don’t do it here” when trying to discuss some of the benefits of my Platinum status. Not a good look.I was happy to find out the high standard of cleanliness hasn’t changed a bit, the guest room was spotless as always. Also, the same goes for the breakfast area, where the workers were making sure there isn’t a speck of crumb lying in the buffet area, and keeping the wide selections 100% stocked. First class service.In your room you have to turn on your refrigerator, so if you need to keep your medication refrigerated, ask the hotel beforehand. Mine took the whole night to start cooling.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was average. The rooms were recently renovated, modern, and very clean, which was definitely one of the highlights. The hotel was also quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.The staff were generally friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. However, some members of the team seemed to have limited English proficiency, which occasionally made communication a bit difficult.One of the biggest drawbacks was the air conditioning. Both in the guest rooms and in the common areas, it was not working effectively, and the hotel often felt uncomfortably warm, especially during the day.The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was quite limited and lacked variety, making it feel more average than what I would expect from a Marriott property.The fitness center was another weak point. It was poorly equipped, not well maintained, and fell far below the standard expected from an international hotel brand.The restaurant was very small and offered only a limited menu with few food options. The bar had a similar issue, with restricted seating and a modest selection of drinks.While the renovated rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff were positive aspects of the stay, the inadequate air conditioning, underwhelming breakfast, poor gym facilities, and limited dining options significantly impacted the overall experience. I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. A great two-night stay

We were delighted with our experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Prague Airport. First, the hotel is literally a few-minute walk from both Terminals 1 and 2. It is located a very short walk from the bus transport area that can be used to access the central city. In the city there are easy connections from some of the buses to either a tram or to metro lines. With proof of birth date, children under 15 and seniors 65 and older ride Prague's public transportation network completely for free, regardless of nationality. When we arrived late in the evening, we were warmly welcomed. All billing information was reviewed, and information was provided about hotel amenities. After our second night there, we had a very early-morning flight, and when we stopped at the desk to check out at about 3:30 am, the receptionist on duty was equally welcoming and helpful. Thanks to soundproofing, our room was quiet and comfortable. The room had a fridge, the equipment to make coffee/tea, a safe, and ironing equipment. There was a work desk and ample outlets for charging. The breakfast area was well organized, quiet and provided a variety of hot and cold items. We would definitely return to this hotel if we needed to stay near the airport.

Let me start by saying thank you the manager Alberto Sastre Molina for his wonderful hospitality and generosity, truly an asset to Marriott. I'd also like to single out Mr. Kerim who typically works in the breakfast time. What an incredibly conscientious, caring and kind man. I'd say the entire staff was always welcoming and kind. But I dealt with these two individuals the most. Spectacular stay!

I have been using this hotel a few times a year and so was always very satisfied. Well unfortunately on last two stays ( end of April / mid May, both for 1 night), things were not as I was used to. On the first case - there were some issues with the room - blinds not working, toiled flush not fully functional, broken light switch). Also one of the staff members at the front desk was very inexperienced and not very helpful. Still rating 4 stars as the more senior person got involved and address those issues. On the second stay I was annoyed by made coming to my room around 9.30 and telling me it was my checkout day (well it was but checkout was at noon). Other than that rest of the stay was pleasant and staff at the front desk friendly and professional. The gym greatly benefited from a bit of overhaul and from being equipped with new workout equipment.
