Refused a drink so sad

Beautiful place I did not stay there but I came often in the last at least four years usually while travelling via Zadar to have a drink and meet up with friends and business associates. Every time I came the staff were friendly, forthcoming and very professional.Unfortunately today I had such a sad and disappointing experience. The receptionist told me he cannot serve me drinks because he does not know how to work at the bar.It was later in the afternoon, very quiet time one person at the terrace.I told him I only wanted a Coke and that up until today his colleagues were always willing to serve me, but he refused and told me "guests only"What was even more disappointing to say the least, is that on the terrace there was a lady, not a guest but a staff member sipping coffee.There are many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity so I have no problem going elsewhere but I felt so welcomed there for years up until today hence the disappointment was even greater.I hope they will reconsider this policy

The Location is really good in the the Old Town of Zadar. Really close to sea, the organ and the shops, without being in the noiser area. There’s a small market just in front of the hotel. The bath amenities are great. The room is modern and the breakfest is small but with quality products.

This little boutique hotel is a recommendation for the next Zadar TripThe staff is always nice and helps with taxis, map, etc.The rooms are very comfortable and modern with enough space for two people.The breakfast ist small, but fresh and everybody will find something.I will be back!

Cant beat this place. The deskies are intelligent, conversant, warm, insightful, helpful. The facility is clean and well designed, the rooms spacious and classy. Breakfast is excellent. Glad we stayed here

Lovely city okay hotel

Hotel was in a great location . You could walk out to old town and the waterfront . We reserved a parking spot so were able to park close to the front door . ( note it’s recommended to let the hotel know if you need parking ) We found the staff helpful but they didn’t seem happy to help . We struggled with the air conditioning. Staff on check in informed us that the AC was turned off for the winter and so we had to live with a hot room . We eventually figured out how to get the AC working! Beds were comfortable but the bedding was not ideal . Breakfast was above average with a good selection of items .
