Night before the flight

I am actually here right now eating breakfast. The room is clean, coffee maker, bed very comfortable, everything is fine with the room. I used Expedia- the rate was less. Check in was fast. The best part was the breakfast. The chef is staying in the breakfast area- if anything food wise runs low- they bring more out. The best is the honey- they actually have a fresh piece of the honey comb in a glass container with a spigot to get fresh honey on the waffles. Wow!!

Great hotel, particularly good location. Close to the airport, mall, and a lot of good restaurants. They have a genuinely nice breakfast and dinner available each night.There is a nice pool, gym, washer, and dryer if you need to do laundry. The concierge can help you set up tours. The staff is very friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean, well maintained. It was a great stay.

Not what it used to be

We have stayed here many times in the past and the place keeps changing, not really in the right direction. Reception staff were cordial, but years back the atmosphere was much more friendly and inviting. I've noticed corporate groups staying here the last few times, and for this stay, dozens of Walmart employees crowded the breakfast area at 6AM. Staff handled the buffet as best as they could, but I wonder how often this happens. Offerings were fine, and the room and facilities are clean and well maintained.

A lovely hotel and with friendly staff. The people working behind the desk are really good and professional and we were not waiting long to check in. The breakfast is good. The rooms are nice and clean with a good bed. The lady working at the bar was friendly and helpful . A very good shuttle service .We had an excellent stay and would go back again.

This hotel was clean and efficient for an overnight stay for the airport. Breakfast was typical buffet style hotel breakfast. They do offer dinner there which was good. The shuttle was convenient running every 15 minutes. To find the shuttle exit right after you exit the airport go all the way through door 4 exit and wait in that area. The shuttle was big and blue with Hampton written on the side so it was easy to see.
