Terrible experience with customer service. Book 3 nights by error then tried to cancel after and there was no way to contact them form my amex booking so I figured that’s cool I’ll wait until I get there to explain I had to cancel the last night because my flight left early from San Jose that day so I’d rather spend my last night in San Jose. Guy at check in said he couldn’t refund me the last night but he would have the manager contact me. They didn’t then I’ve spent the past week emailing almost daily and manager has not once responded to me even to say tenure decided on no refund. Wouldn’t like it but it would be good communication. So so long as all goes well you will be fine. If anything doesn’t work out you won’t be able to talk to anyone in person or via email and that’s pretty terrible. Wouldn’t stay here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend because customer service is quite important part of the stay and it’s been abismal and so disappointing.

Outstanding Resort and Culture

My wife and I just spend 13 days at The Royal Corin Thermal Water Spa & Resort at the foot of the Arenal Volcano in the heart of the La Fortuna rainforest area of Costa Rica. I would rate it as the BEST resort experience I have ever had. Most high-end resorts can offer great facilities, cuisine, amenities and services. The thing that set the Royal Corin above the rest is their staff and culture of service and hospitality. I have never been treated this well anywhere. All their staff, from the front desk, food service, housekeeping to the engineering staff treated us as if we were their most valued family member. We felt special and loved. That comes from their caring culture and is the difference between good and outstanding. They are one resort of the Enjoy Group in Costa Rica. I highly recommend staying there and enjoying their special love.

Beautiful stay with volcano view!

Our beautiful room was spacious with a fantastic view of the volcano!Our room and the bathroom were spotless, and very comfortable. We had a light meal at Lava, the vegan options were superb! And afterwards we enjoyed time at the aguas termales. The adults only atmosphere made everything seem quiet and calm.100%, this hotel is an excellent value for the room and experience. I wish we could have stayed longer. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's names but Andreas, Evelyn, and Justin were friendly and helpful.

Relaxing Getaway

We decided to stay in La Fortuna for a week. And wanted a place that had a hot springs and view of volcano. The Royal Corin was a top option also being an adult only resort. We loved our stay. It was low season, the resort was pretty quiet. I’ve had the pool area pretty much to myself. The staff were fantastic. They went beyond our expectations. Resort is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was alway good with plenty of options. About 10-15 minutes from town and other tourist spots. Overall, it was a great vacation.
