English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. We stayed for three nights before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer and had a very good experience overall. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at check in was very helpful,informative and really made you feel welcome. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location is very central but also quiet. We used the onsite coffee shop and restaurant and both were very good. I would happily stay here if we are lucky enough to visit beautiful Banff again. Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent location near all shops & restaurants. Underground parking, $10 per night but worth it. IGA supermarket across the road. Excellent location right in the centre of Banff & 1 minute walk to the ski shuttle bus. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and fair facilities, particularly liked the sauna. 🥵Not so keen on the in-house restaurant ’farm & fire’ but that’s another story… Pursuit Banff Jasper Collection, Owner at Elk + Avenue Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share what a nice experience you had at the Elk + Avenue.
