A great option for the budget traveller

A great budget hotel situated within walking distance of Vienna city centre and the nearest underground and tram stations. Reception staff could not have been friendlier. I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor as the hotel is situated on a busy city road. Very basic facilities in the room but nothing wrong with the quality of those there. Lovely hotel with bar/cafe

Lovely hotel with a very modern decor. The addition of a bar/cafe selling light bites was a bonus for b&b only guests. Reception was beautifully furnished with the restaurant in the rear of reception quite unique. Our room was quite big, airy and spotlessly clean. There was a really good choice for breakfast of both hot and cold food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay. Superb Hotel. Exceptional Staff.

This Budget Hotel is exceptionally clean and warm. Yes it’s out of town but the metro is close by. The staff could not have made us more Welcome if it were 5 Star. Dejana on reception was so goodIn helping us use the Metro for sightseeing. Thank you also The Breakfast Team who again are so helpful and there is a large Buffet to choose from. Reading other people’s reviews I’m not sure where these people were staying. Certainly not Best Western Plus Amedia. Thank you to the Team for making our stay in Vienna so good. Overall, the room is clean, and spacious. They have a small fridge within the room with a complimentary water bottle. Breakfast is included in the mornings. Food was average. The hotel is a 40 min walk or 14 min drive away from the main shopping area. The room was spacious but the customer service that I received was atrocious. The second day that I was there, the cleaner left the door to the shared patio wide open for the entire day with all of my stuff in the room. When I called the front desk to report the problem, they basically told me it was an oops and they would let the housekeeping department know about the issue. There was no concern about the possibility that my belongings had been stolen or that my safety had been jeopardized while giving access to my room to any number of people who could have walked right in from the patio. Their entire response to the incident was unacceptable.
