  We stayed here as a family.. Lovely hotel and just a 10 min walk into the old town of Salzburg. We have the breakfast, was good. And for dinner, chose to eat at a cafe down the road which was fantastic.   We stayed at Leonardo for 1 night in May and although it was a short visit I can’t fault it. Check in easy and staff friendly. Rooms comfortable and recommend the breakfast as had some nice local dishes as well as standard breakfast items - the guys working in breakfast area were attentive. Location really good just short walk to the main town and Salzburg sites. We walked back to tue train station on the way home and it was an easy 30 minute walk.   This was a "suite" stay!

  This hotel is perfectly situated close to the historical city centre. It is a five minute walk. Our room was very clean and had one and a half bathrooms, a kitchenette, a sitting room and a very spacious terrace. Breakfast was very good. Gluten free bread was provided upon request. The staff are excellent but the whole breakfast area is a bit small. However that doesn't affect the food or service.   Another fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel, from the moment you walk in you are greeted by the welcoming staff,great clean rooms with very warm rooms for a chilly salzburg, we use this as a base for travelling over Austria and bavaria, visiting family, the new breakfast room is an asset to the hotel, breakfast has such a huge choice too suit all needs,well worth it,we would highly recommend this hotel SISbgZ, at Leonardo Hotel Salzburg City Center, responded to this review Dear Kevin,thank you so much for your great review.   Leonardo brand lived up to its reputation & we enjoyed a very good stay here. Check-in was smooth & we had a good quiet room. Breakfast was fine & we appreciated the complimetary bus/tram tickest. Taxi to the airport was simple & quick.Only down sude in rooms was lack of bedside power points to charge mobile devices (unlike the Leonardo in Linz which we had stayed at just before). Leonardo City Center in Salzburg was the first opened branch in 2007 and unfortunately some important details were neglected.
