    From the time of booking the communication from the hotel was very good. The hotel shuttle was fantastic and a man beginning with S was so kind and helpful. The lady at reception on 23rd April was excellent ( Janiai) and nothing was too much trouble. I really liked my excellent size room for the price, the beds were so comfortable, coffee machine fab and the price unbeatable. Caitlyn in the restaurant gave excellent service and was very attentive throughout the meal. I prefer a none pub place to visit in HI but the food was very good.     The entire staff from the front desk, housekeeping to the kitchen are a great group of people. However, two in particular make my stays there more comfortable. Aisha goes the extra mile to reinforce IHG’s commitment to providing first class service and accommodations. Secondly, Mr Walter, breakfast time is fantastic and he ensures the fruit is fresh and presentable, and the hot section is full.

    Mr. Thomas, Ms. Rossie, Mr. Oscar, and Mr. Wagdy are the best of the best!! They continue to go above and beyond whether tech/comm issues, recognizing a team member’s birthday, or just constant professionalism and support for our 50+ people’s conference.
