  My expierence at the Spot X hotel was very good.The staff is very welcoming, and gave us whatever we needed.They do a good job.And the rooms are very clean and detailed.The other hotels in the immediate area can't compare in any way.Melissa at the front desk is very kind and courteous.I would recommend this place to family and friends.

  We stayed at Spot X in Wesley Chapel on Oakley Blvd. This hotel is very clean and chic and has a delicious hot breakfast! The staff is very friendly and I wanted to especially put an emphasis on Melissa at the front desk. She is WONDERFUL and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very fortunate to have her. Thank you, Melissa!

  It’s a Trap hotel , BOOKERS BEWARE !!!

  When we arrive we was out of water for 5 hour's, another person who live there ( Extended Stay) said 2 days! They were checking guests in without telling them that it was no water. I asked what’s going on told me 2 hours then 30 minutes ended in 5 hours later. The plumbers were there until 10 pm ! The beds wasn’t what was advertised they was small to the ground and mattresses was hard!! The comforters and towels were dirty, had to go buy wash cloths and towels. The whole hotel was dirty hallway carpet and elevator. People were running in and out all night slamming doors! Didn’t get no sleep at all body was hurting from discomfort and lack of sleep! If you don’t want to stay at a crack hotel don’t book here , it’s a TRAP literally !! They had the nerve to charge me $362.52 after they gave me a comp for $284.24 for the problems that we encountered ! I stayed for 2 days unwanted because of no vacancy at other hotels!! Extended stay hotel around guests family members is bound for disaster!! Out of town bookers BEWARE !!! I would’ve never booked or will ever book here again !!!! This place need to be closed down or made a Extended Stay ONLY !!!

  BUDGET HOTEL -VERY CLEAN!

  The SpotX hotel is a newly renovated hotel in the Ramada Inn brand. I don’t normally stay at Ramadas because they have not been nice in the past but this one was lovely. Upon arrival a friendly and very accomodating staff member named Amy was working in the dining area/lobby and cleaning the place up. I knew from the cleanliness of the lobby and the rooms I would enjoy staying at this hotel. Once Melissa, the amazing manager, checked us in (early I might add) she let us know about the amenities and some of the newer shopping areas around town. We were traveling from out of town so this information was invaluable. Every time during our stay we came back to the hotel, Melissa was at the front desk accommodating all her guests in the kindness and most professional way. Our room was a king bed with a small bath and shower. No tubs are available at this hotel which is fine unless you are traveling with small children. The room was very well appointed for a budget hotel with toiletries, a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The hotel had a nice looking gym, breakfast area, and even a gaming area (pool table) and big TVs near the lobby for game day. Very nicely decorated with a modern flare. Overall this hotel was a pleasant surprise! Clean, fully accessible rooms, extremely professional and accommodating staff who went out of their way to help, and a really nice way to spend the weekend near Tampa, FL! The weather was fantastic too!

  The many days expierenced at the Spot X hotel was nothing less than excellent. The rooms are always very clean with everything you need, neatly laid out.Out of 3 or 4 hotels in the immediate area, this one is clearly the best one to be in for the money.I have seen other hotels in the area that charged more and are not nearly as appealing with no hot breakfast!Even affluent business people and travelers alike should have no problem picking this one.And the kind and accommodating staff just makes what's already very good even better.The manager Anna is the best one I have expierenced. And Xiomara, the breakfast host is great - very hospitable.Nyia , Chad, Melissa, Keivn, and others are a wonderful front desk staff.Also Carmen, Stacy, and other members of the cleaning staff do a great job of making the rooms look like no one was just in them.And bright white sheets and towels always smell fresh and clean.And the beds and pillows help give a good night's sleep with no aches and pains in the morning.Highly recommended!
