The best hotel of all San Diego!

This is my favorite hotel in all San Diego.Ive been coming here for 2 years now and this is the only place I will stay! I actually stayed here 4 times in the past 4 months so that should say alot. Let me start by saying the location, its BEAUTIFUL ?? I always get the bay view room because I love looking at the bay I suggest the first floor if you can but any room is perfect but the first floor has a patio door to the bay that's my favorite. The room is so clean always! They have there own resturant on the property which is perfect wake up and get some breakfast and you'll be ready to start the day! IThe caramel cappuccino is soooo good! The staff is super friendly and attentive love them! You have a view of the pool and the bay i love it!They have 2 pools & too hot tubs here and 1 shows movies for the kids. They also have a store in the lobby with everything you need! Man I really love this hotel so much and there is so much more i can say but ill be here forever lol im from LA but the Dana on mission bay is my second home wish it was my first ??All the staff here is amazing! Love the front desk staff too! I also want to recognize 1 specific person his name is Benjamin or ben He took us the to sea world help us with our bag and is just the sweetest most amazing person! He is so great. Where did you find him he deserves a raise! I thought the dana couldn't get any better but I was wrong! This place was already 10 stars now its 100 stars ?? thank you ben for everything! If you are thinking of where to stay STAY AT THE DANA! Please you will not regret it!!!! We love our Dana ?? Lori was great helping me out at the front desk. I had a few issues with checking in/out but she got it all fixed. I also rented a jet ski onsite which was convenient.

Amazing resort. Everything is a 15 min walk or a 15 min drive to anywhere. Love this place. Been here multiple times. The food at firefly is amazing and very well priced. I was extremely disappointed with our stay at The Dana on Mission Bay, especially considering the premium price we paid over the holiday weekend.Our original room was very small, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with peeling paint that made it feel old and poorly maintained. The shower was also frustrating to use because the water pressure constantly pulsated instead of providing a steady stream.We were so unhappy with the room that we asked to be moved, but instead of making things right, we had to pay extra for an “upgrade.”Although we paid extra for a bay-view room, we barely got to enjoy it. Guests staying on the lower level held large parties directly outside their rooms, making it too noisy and uncomfortable to relax on our balcony. At night, loud music and fireworks continued late into the evening, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. For the rates this hotel charges, I expected a much more peaceful and enjoyable experience.The most disappointing part was the hotel’s response afterward. Despite all of these issues, they refused to provide any refund or compensation. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I did expect the hotel to acknowledge our concerns and make some effort to provide fair customer service.Overall, this hotel did not live up to its price. Between the poor room condition, inconsistent shower, noisy atmosphere, inability to enjoy our balcony, and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend staying here. There are far better options in San Diego that offer better accommodations and treat their guests with more care.
