Great staff under less than ideal circumstances

Christian, at the front desk was awesome! At 3 AM this gentleman greeted all of us with kindness & a welcoming attitude. My company has put us in the same hotel over the years. It has, remained and continues to be a hotel we avoid, for numerous reasons. Filters in rooms are not changed, the AC is sorely lacking. We were sweating sitting in the restaurant. I can only imagine how awful it is to work in that environment. We met in lobby at 3 AM & despite fans going, staff and us were all sweating within minutes. The rooms are literally a soggy situation. 6 floors with ice machines our of order. Avoid, if possible.
