    Worst Hilton Property I’ve ever Stayed In!

    I want to start off on a positive note. The service at this hotel was impeccable but that is the only redeeming quality of this property.I chose this location because I had a meeting taking place at the hotel the day after I arrived. The first two rooms didn’t have air conditioning. The third room I received had air conditioning but was full of hair…in the shower (six hairs! Yes, I counted them!) and a gigantic hair ball in the carpet between the bathroom and bedroom.The hotel is dirty and old. It was so gross. If you’re a Hilton person who usually stays at a Hilton, this property does NOT live up to their standards.Do not waste your money on this property. It has much less to be desired.

    I’m in this hotel for almost a month, working for the football World Cup. We’re a group an around 50 people living here. This is the worst experience I ever had for an hotel in my life. Today, I saw a mouse crossing my room such as other guest who experienced the same in their rooms ! Air Conditioning works … when it works but never when you need it ! Equipment in the room and bathrooms are in a bad state such as they’ve never been renovated for decades. I will contact tomorrow the Board of Health of Dedham as the mouses in the hotel are unacceptable and are an health hazard.

    Place is thilthy! Half the rooms air conditioners did not work. Food sucked! Staff was less than helpful!

    Room never got below 75, ac didn't work. Didn't work in the other room we had also. Heard two people complain at front desk about it. Iron stained my wedding shirt. breakfast food took 45 minutes and was wrong. Gym is in a 7 foot tall basement so if you are over 5'10" you can use an eliptical. One of the weight machines had a snapped cable, no free weights. No smart TV's so you can't watch Netflix. No USB ports. Water leak in main lobby which was there for three days covered with a black garbage back hung from the ceiling. Staff that doesn't care. 10-15 minutes to check in with only one person in front of you. Only bright spot was night wait staff in the bar in the evenings. Would not stay here, would not encourage a friend to stay here, might recommend to someone I dislike.
