This apartment complex is located in the exclusive area of Costa Adeje, 200 m from a small market held twice weekly, 400 m from a shopping centre and 800 m from Playa de Fañabé and the tourist centre. Playa las Americas town centre is 2 km away, as is the bus station (El Duque). It is 70 km to Santa Cruz, 80 km to Los Rodeos and Reina Sofia Airport is 20 km away.

Overall we had a great holiday and most of the staff are very pleasant. 1 reception staff member (blonde hair pink lipstick) went above and beyond for us she was amazing.. the others stood about on their phones and finished long conversations before attending to us which was quite rude!! The room was lovely and we received cake and cava for a birthday which was really appreciated and lovely to come home to. We were not able to use all the pool as one was closed but the youngest enjoyed. THE RESTAURANT the food isn’t the best we were forced to eat out sometimes as it was very repetitive and bland, not labelled correctly so didn’t know what you were eating!! My 16 year old daughter with anxiety was pestered by 1 male member of the restaurant daily constantly touching her staring at her it made her very uncomfortable.. she had a child wrist band on which made it worse he knew she was a child!! The entertainment was great the staff go above and beyond with the daily activities and nighttime entertainment they made the holiday really fun.

Stayed at Chatur Playa Real in Costa Adeje with an all inclusive deal. Overall: A good holiday, good value for money Hotel: Reception very impressive and Reception services were very good. Quick check in and out. Meals: Meals were very varied at all sittings, well presented buffet service. Everything well cooked . Area was very clean and tidy with waiting staff very attentive. Drink: Good package, but usual plastic glasses. Room: Very clean, but dated decor. Back in the day, it would have been considered very plush. Bathroom was clean, with room service every day bar Sunday. The ‘jacuzzi’ bath didn’t work. Hot water was plentiful- advise let it run for a minutes or two to remove discolouration. Pool Area: The only criticism occurred here. It was a building site as both large pools were being refurbished…. not at the same time though… so there was always a pool available but with workman and large areas taped off it was a distraction. We were not pre-advised of this. Sunbeds and parasols were plentiful but again some units were in poor repair. Pool bar was ok and there were snacks available. Overall staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel but only when the pools are fully finished.

Food is nice, with themed nights i.e Asian, Italian and international etc Entertainment was brilliant by Dario Maria Hiraih, Alba and Esther - always plenty of activities like table tennis, darts, riffleshooting, football, water polo and lots more. Reception and restaurant staff were all so lovely! Main pool was half open but quiet most days so not an issue to us. Room was good, air con was nice after days in the sun and was cleaned every day before 12.

Hiraih dario Maria alba and Esthe from the entertainmentr were fantastic with the kids taking time out to make sure they were having fun and taking part in the entertainment. The hotel staff were also very helpful always willing to help whenever there was a probkem

I was worried about coming here reading the reviews, I can honestly say the food is lovley, beds are comfy, lovley staff etc, rooms need updating & some minor issues fixed. I would rate this hotel 3* , entertainment isn’t good but we enjoyed our stay. I think with a few touch ups in the rooms & better entertainment would make this a 4*, I know a lot of people don’t like this hotel but it honestly isn’t that bad.
