    Great location, just located near a tram stop. Great atmosphere and cleanliness. Very polite staff, overall great service. Great value for money and excellent atmosphere.Caveat--for a light sleeper, I could hear the trams from the 8th floor. This proved not to be a problem for me; however, I have spent many years sleeping beside UK's rail tracks, thus your mileage may vary.     Nice design, clean room, very friendly staffs. Well located and easy to reach. Nothing to say more. We were there for 2 nights and easily to explore Bern for 1 day. The public transportation just in front of the hotel that can bring you to the centrum. For sure next time we will back .
