Superb hotel, superb staff and a hotel I would recommend to family and friends. We stayed ‘S class’ and it was worth every penny, we ate in soho square most nights and on the others we were in the hotels a la carte, all were excellent and highly recommended. We will definitely be back as it’s too good not to!! The staff are amazing, too many to list, happy in their work and you could tell the Savoy is a good employer and values its staff. Even though I give it 5 *s and would return I believe there’s two areas which could and should be improved: we was slightly misled regarding S class as we was told this included international brands, when we arrived this had now changed to international brands in one bar between 1800-2000hrs each night, for the extra money the extra all inclusive cost I would have expected international brands almost the time. The second issue was that we checked out at 1500hrs and wasn’t being picked up until 1750hrs and we was told we would have to pay for any drinks or food eaten after 1500hrs, I thought this was rather petit and should be changed. Almost in all a fantastic hotel and we will be back, thank you
Loved everything about our week at this fabulous hotel. The staff were fantastic, the food was great and varied, amazing restaurants, rooms were clean and spacious, fresh towels and bedding daily. A beautiful location, pools were clean and plenty of space and sun loungers. We couldn’t find fault with this hotel - would highly recommend 😊 😎 🏖️ ☀️
We needed to change room as we weren’t happy with the location and Mafdy Rauf at Reception helped solve the problem by giving us another room. He was extremely courteous and helpful in getting this done efficiently. So far of what we’ve seen of the Hotel it seems to be very nice.
I cam back to London since a couple of weeks and I still can feel the warmth on my skin and the blue surrounding my days. Ths Savoy has been a surprise, a very good surprire, initially we booked another hotel,but it didn't reflect our expectations, after having a quick look on their website, we decided to give it a go, at least for the first night. Arrived at the premises we instantly understood that was the place we should have booked since the beginning, and from one night, we extended our stay for the whole holiday and we ended up staying for 8 nights. This is a real luxury resort, with a real 5 star service, which is not always easy to find in the continent, beside few members of the staff that were not abke to communicate un english, everything was carefully studied up to the .ast detail. Firstly we would love to thank the Hotel Manager, Hisham Zakaria, for his availability and his managing skills, working in the same environment and visiting several luxury settings, we know that, even if it should always be, it's not granted at all. Eid is been the best room attendant we could have asked for, every day was ready to help us whatever we needed, fast, clean and always with the smile on the face, I wish I could have brought him home with me. And last but not least we would love to thank Omar and Tyson from the beach crew, radiant, uplifting and always ready to give what you need without you even asking for it, what one would want more? This what I would call a 5 stars service! Either through a new collaboration or for the next holiday, I am looking to come back asap.
