one of the best experience i have ever had i ve been traveling all over the world at so many destination really the hotel the staff they made me to rethink one more time not to travel to any other destination oor place only cleopatra sharm food was awaome staff were friendly and the most important the animation team they woowed me specially morgan really thank you guys alot looking forward to see you at the earliest

The hotel was really nice,the stuff amazing,friendly and polite.Clean and fresh. They have waiters who bring you drinks at the beach or at the pool. Food was ok,beach clean! Recommend it! It was my birthday,they surprised me with a cake 🎊 Nice,good hotel🙌

I visited the spa on the trip and had the best experience! Mohamed gave me a lovely welcome and the best service making sure I felt very looked after. I got a back massage by Sabrina and she did an amazing job - i should’ve booked a longer massage. Make sure you visit the spa if you stay here!

It was mine and my husband's Haytham El-Fouly honeymoon resort of choice.. Everything in this place is outstanding to perfection, from the place itself upto every single person working hard and his best to make us comfortable and happy, very well trained crew, amazing services and facilities. Food is perfect and yummy in all day meals , view is beautiful, rooms are comfortably clean, pool is joyful, staff are always kind and smiling, helpful to the best anyone would seek.. Oh dear after many a faby holiday in sharm el sheik we sexy to go adults only to this hotel I’m sorry but worse holiday we’ve ever had adults only definitely not it’s like being on 18/30 the music T the pools is bang bang all day except for when they get called to pray . Then we find a quiet poool and get told to leave as they want to play volleyball we had been there all day . The food is not worth a star it’s cold and basically what’s not eaten at breakfast goes for lunch then for evening dinner . The rooms are very clean staff lovely the place is a disgrace the worse thing we’ve booked to go back I. November that won’t be happening we honestly can’t wait to get on that plane home
