One of the best hotels we have been to would definitely be this. The friendly staff made us feel extremely welcome. The immaculate and spacious rooms had large, comfortable beds and excellent food for breakfast and also from their restaurant which all added up to make it an exceptional experience and a joy to be at the hotel also with it only being a 15 min drive from Fira( the capital city of Santorini). It was away from all the crowds but close enough to the attractions for a pleasant stay. It was also very close to a fine beach where you could also see the famous sunset debatably as well as you could from Oia( famous for its sunset). Overall this was an amazing accommodation to stay at and if we would come back to Santorini we would pick this hotel.

Amazing hospitality. Such a good host Mrs and Mr.Michelis are. The rooms were so neat and clean and spacious. They made sure that we got a good breakfast and cleaned the rooms everyday. Replaced the towels and bedsheets whenever necessary. Room was big enough to accommodate four of us. Best quality of mattresses and pillows and they did put proper single beds for kids unlike many hotels where they put sofa bed which are so uncomfortable to sleep on. Pool is also so clean and good size for the swimming. We used the restaurant to order dinner. Grilled fish, grilled chicken were delicious and served with French fries that made a complete meal. My kids loved the food. Rockey, the pet dog is also adorable. My kids loved to stroke him and he never barked at anyone. 15 minutes drive to Fira, and very close to Perissa beach. 5 minutes walk would bring you to the place from where you can watch the best sunset. No problem in parking the car. Ample parking space. A complete package for the very good price that we paid. Thanks

I have traveled at least half way around the world and stayed at many places. The Villa Michalis is the absolute "BEST". The rooms are basic, but incredibly clean. The Restaraunt (Meroula) has incredible fresh food. Everynight there were people from other hotels eating there. tHE STAFF, is the best I have ever seen. Stavros, the owner and his Wife are the ultimate host. They do everything for you. THe location is 15 minutes from the tourist towns and right on the harbor for breathtaking sunsets. All this at a price that is way, way les than anywhere else. If you like a clean, simple room with a Fabolus Staff then this is the place.

We stayed here for one week, we needed a relaxing holiday, from the minute we arrived we were made to feel like family by Michalis, his wife and Stavros. Our room was so clean and serviced every day. The breakfast was plentiful. The evening meals delicious. Would I come back, in a heart beat. Thanks for a wonderful holiday 😊

This was our 2nd visit, our first back in 2016, and we were glad to see Michalis and Meroula were still there, with the addition of Stavros and the other members of staff they all made us feel so at home, the food is fantastic, and Michalis' beer is always cold. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and is a great base to enjoy Santorini, but I would advise car rental, as the busses are not as frequent to the south of the island. The pool is great and the grounds are well maintained. Our room was always clean and we had a great view. Will always recommend.
