In my humble opinion this is simply not a five star resort and that's due to the main buffet hall always being cold so you have to arrive bang on time if you want hot food, rooms are nowhere near soundproof enough, had to change rooms on my second day. Hotel Restaurants were all booked and we only could eat at them on our last 2 days shocking. This place is good for relaxing, sun beds are great and drinks are good other than that pretty average. Hiring a car is a good shout since taxi's rip you off to go to Rhodes town.

Our second time at this amazing hotel, and we certainly intend to return again. Our current stay was still exciting as the beginning, still spectacular, the feeling in the hotel is simply wonderful. The cleanliness at the highest level, of the room, the lobby and all areas of the hotel. The food is really good And the variety is simply wonderful. But, the thing that keeps us coming back again is the service. These are the people, who make you feel at home and I'm talking about all the staff, the transfer driver, the chambermaids, the receptionists, the waiters, they all just all provide exceptionally superb service. I would like to praise Charis and Gkioul from the main dining room for amazing service, you made sure everything was fine and your service made us enjoy every moment in the dining room. To Yanis in the bar – thanks a lot! To the concierge ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your concern and care. And thank you for making our holiday such great experience. See you next time. Super nice place, extremely friendly staff, nice fresh food, pools for kids with heated water which was great solution when next to the sea was too cold overall super nice place. Rooms are big and clean if you want to find some downside it’s only wind which is normal as this is an island :)

Our fourth time at this amazing hotel, and that says it all. Still exciting as the beginning, still spectacular, the feeling in the hotel is simply wonderful. From the moment you enter the hotel, all is white, greek style, the sea view, the design...wow. The cleanliness at the highest level, of the room, the lobby and all areas of the hotel. The food is really good, although some of the dishes at the a la carte restaurants have changed, but they still maintain a high standard of course. But, the thing that keeps us coming back again and again, is the service, it's the people, who make you feel at home and I'm talking about all the staff, the transfer driver, the chambermaids, the receptionists, the waiters, they all just all provide exceptionally superb service. I would like to praise Charis and Gkioul from the main dining room for amazing service, you made sure everything was fine and your service made us enjoy every moment in the dining room. Best hotel I’ve ever been! Food is amazing, the service is amazing, the room was very clean and pleasant, and everything was just perfect! I will come back for this hotel for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
