My stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a major disappointment. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, unfortunately accompanied by an unacceptable number of flies on the dishes, which completely compromised the experience. Furthermore, the staff's service fell far short of expectations; not only lacking in friendliness, but also extremely rude in their interactions. The room, besides failing to meet basic expectations, lacked essential amenities such as enough towels for all guests, resulting in inconvenience and discomfort throughout the stay. The only silver lining was the massage at the Spa, which provided a moment of relaxation amidst this disastrous experience. However, even this positive experience was overshadowed by the poorly maintained and dirty structure of the hot tub, which fell short in terms of hygiene and upkeep. Overall, my stay at this hotel was marked by a series of shortcomings and disappointments, and I cannot recommend this establishment to other travelers in search of a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Design before comfort unfortunately. Very little space between the bed and the tv unit, pillows are round, large and hard. The bathroom is very nice but not user friendly. Skip the ''breakfast box'' not worth bringing to the airport. Stale bread sandwich, apple not fresh and apple juice container is 200ml to large for security. I almost forgot, twice we asked the front desk for wakeup call that never came. Would not stay there again. Expensive all considered.
Lovely hotel with excellent service 😊 The staff are very friendly and gave us great advice about the city. They also have bikes that you can use for free, we used them to cycle to a park for breakfast of pastel de nata and coffee. Highly recommend!
I really hope that this doesn't get taken down cause. I tried with Google and it seems that they only appreciate lies. I'm just gonna tell you how I spent my 8 days. The 3rd March boyfriends birthday ,we ended up with only one set of towels for 1 person to have a shower. We had to order some towels from the reception.and it took nearly a whole hour to bring that up. I have to say I've been here before. Quite some time ago and it was absolutely beautiful. I thought it was brilliant hotel. However, this time was a complete disaster. The beds they need changing. It felt Springs very uncomfortable for me too hard. Everyone is different but from me. I didn't get any good nights sleep at all. My room was so small which wasn't good. Because I could hear everyone outside standing in front of the lifts.. The last time when I came here we had nice and big room which accommodated 2 peoeple and 2 lsrge suitcases. This time around we didn't have the space to open the suitcase on the floor,we had to squeeze or lift the cases, on the bed. I notice they grouped types of people together on the same floor I don't know what that's about, but they know what I'm talking about. People who look like me when literally next door it's as if the group's us together deliberately.as there where not many of us in this hotel. I notice these things when it came to breakfast. I experiencedthis at the Masa wellbeingHotel too.. they do not provide you with an iron so thank . Goodness I bought my little portable one. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was not suitable for my type so I of course i brought my own and when I did use it. It triggered off the alarm. I was harassed to stop drying My hair that was damp and wet and it just was unbearable. I just could not walk around my hair wet and not blow dryed. and because of the hotel system that they have I had to open the window to blow dry my hair which the still insisted to stop because it stopped all the hot water the kitchen electricity as the heat or steam of the dryer set off all alarms and affect ed operations in the whole of the hotel. They did not provide me with a proper hairdryer with a nozzle. And I couldn't use it because it was breaking my hair. There where no sockets i could use in the bathroom even my adapter couldnt be used in the bathroom. That was the most horrible experience I've ever had to experience, No wonder when I came downstairs. I was glared some of the kitchen staffs especially the woman who was so unfriendly. I felt as if I was talked about inside the kitchen not nice place. The kitchen staffs. Not very pleasant, watch Everything that you eat. Watch what you're doing. we didn't feel free in there. Everything that you ate or you went to pick up, they'll be staring at you. There's only one guy that stood out for me. The was a bit shorter that's was so friendly and would say goodmorjing i believe He is Brazilian and speaks great english, he's ever so sweet and very pleasant and very welcoming every morning. Another guy who's quite tall and is also Brazilian He was also quiet helpful and accommodatingand spoke excellent english.as for the woman and another tall guy . They were not approachable, in fact, when we ask him for napkins, he seemed reluctant to come to our help. His face was very stoic, did not understand what that was about. My partner tried to say. Good morning, and got ignored by him as for the woman She looked me up and down, doesn't even say good morning . As for the food, the food is very good, you have a choice of cold meats, cheeses, fruits is and salad pieces like a Cumberland slices and tomato slices . Then, you've got bacon eggs beans. You got choices of lots of bread. You've epven get cakes pieces but unfortunately by 10 o'clock or even before 10. Everything's empty and are NOT REPLACED!!!. I've got a photo at 10 o'clock and breakfast finishes Sunday at 11:30 and 3.5 of the trays WITH different breads are empty. There's no cakes, just 2 smal dry cakes left. People don't always come down early. It's like they're on a Food ration with the food. When we came the first time The dinning area was huge and more delicious options,the staff's was so nice and helpful.myvroom was big and accommodating. Thus time around was a shock for me and has put bus off completely
Explored Lisbon with my sister and stayed in Neya Hotel Lisboa. Location of the hotel was so close to the centre of Lisbon - bus stop is directly in front of the hotel which was so convenient. Bolt and Uber was also available and quite cheap so we used these a lot during our trip. Breakfast was good too, kept us going through the day. We had a few problems with our pillows as they were quite hard, kindly asked the housekeeping team to provide us softer pillows and by the time we got back in the hotel room we have 4 extra pillows that are softer. All staff were quite helpful and welcoming. They also had a luggage storage which is useful if you’re flight is later than the check out time. Our bed was always made which was nice to come back too. If I were to come back to Lisbon would definitely stay again in Neya.
