This charming beach hotel is located in the quiet resort of Costa Teguise, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by gorgeous gardens typical to the Canary Islands. Costa Teguise town centre is 1.5 km from the hotel, and connections to the public transport network are right at the hotel's doorstep. Lanzarote airport is just 10 km away. We have a large outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our kids pool area which includes a water slide will ensure that the kids can have as much fun as they want. Sunbathe all you want in our sun loungers by the pool whilst enjoying your favorite drink from our pool bar. What more can you ask for? Save your money, spend a bit more and go somewhere else. On arrival we wanted a drink by the pool but you need €2 each for a plastic cup, which we didn’t have. When we went to ask at reception how we could get a drink or how to get €4 for these plastic cups, they were rude and didn’t help. They pointed us to a broken ATM just outside and then when we asked when it would be fixed he said ‘it’s not my problem’ We had an issue with our room on arrival, the safe didn’t work and the hotel door didn’t lock from the inside. It was a battle to get moved to a lockable room where we would feel safe. We got moved to another room about 10pm, which did lock, but the wardrobe door was so broken in one side so we couldn’t even access the safe or hang our clothes. Given the rude service we had received we decided not to bother raising this. The room was very clean but falling apart, everything was worn out, cracking and some very suspicious looking stains and marks on the walls and bathroom doorframe. The balcony looked over some derelict buildings with no view at all. Some days we were only left with one bath towel between us. We spent as little time as possible in the room. The bed was comfortable though. The food is awful, we ate out every night, the restaurant felt like a school hall (or a prison restaurant). All inclusive drinks were average, beer was ok and white wine was just about drinkable. No cocktails available on the all inclusive. The pool area was nice and clean. The music was awful, thumping base all day and even had Christmas songs playing in April. The Pool towels are €10 deposit EACH and there is a non refundable charge to change them for a clean/dry one. There is a large area of sun loungers with a corner of chopped down palm trees and broken loungers. They are clearly doing renovations at the moment which we could hear in our room, the builders were literally throwing furniture down the bank towards the road which nearly hit us on our walk one morning. You are cleared from the pool area at 6pm even though the sun is out much later. We spent a lot of time at the beach to avoid being at this hotel. Beach is a 15-20 min walk away,and there are some nice restaurants down in the town which was less than €5 each way. I would not recommend this hotel until the full renovation has been done and they change everything.

Rooms are outdated food is terrible cold and not much choice. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve had a few holidays with the blue sea group but this has to be worst hotel for food. I think the management are trying too save money so can’t blame the chef

This was a budget winter holiday where our expectations were of a budget level. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and everything worked. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day as was the entire hotel. In fact the public areas were being constantly cleaned throughout the day, every day. All the staff were friendly. Food was good with plenty of choice We did think the entertainment could have been better. The holiday exceeded our expectations and we would certainly come back

Amazing stay. Ignore the bad reviews we could not fault this place. We opted for all inclusive, great range of good food and many drinks to choose from. Night time Entertainment is fab, especially the Spanish gentleman who went above and beyond. Rooms are spacious and clean, cant fault. Pool area is lovely.

Travelled in Apr 2024 as a little break in the sun. The hotel in general is standard for their star rating however it does has all you need. We went as All-inclusive. Only think I would say is that AI finishes at 11.00pm and the bar closes at 00.00 (that might be as it is not high season just yet) We travelled with no kids this time however, the mini slides were just perfect for the little ones (not much as for +10 just a fyi) as well as their miniclub and golf part. Regarding the food, it could do with some more variety but again, we travelled in April. Food was cooked fine, quality just average, for example the sausages and bacon. Really good value accommodation so not to complain really! Bed was very comfortable and no issues with room. Just to mention they are carrying out some room renovations however we were in the refurb part and couldn't notice it at all (only you could see them working in the rooms from the pool but nothing much to point out) It's what it needs and glad they are updating the hotel. Pool area with loads of shade and sunloungers, only the need of a few more parasols which guests were taking them first thing in the morning and weren't many left but apart of that pool very clean, same as the whole hotel to be honest. Staff very friendly with special mention to Jesus the waiter which was always receiving you with a smile. Lanzarote has been lovely and we are glad we found this comfortable place.
