Excellent Family Hotel
Good beach Hotel
Hotel is really well located, about 5 min walk to Kazimirz and about 15 to the Main Square. Reception is always manned and all the staff there were very friendly, polite, helpful and English speaking. They booked some tours for us via Krakow Direct which were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful, really good choice. Room was large with 2 rooms and a bathroom which had a huge walk in shower. Shampoo/shower gel provided. Coffee and tea were also provided and there was a small fridge in the room. Hotel is modern and very clean. We could hear the trams but it didn't bother us. I would definitely recommend staying here
Such a fabulous find!! Clean, modern and quiet! Location central for exploring Krakow. Would highly recommend, especially for families as apartment has two separate bedrooms. Staff friendly. Breakfast available but we opted to eat in the Old Town so unable to review.
I booked months ago for my husbands birthday. Picking this hotel over others because of the lovely photos. Unfortunately our apartment is tiny. The bedroom has barely enough room to squeeze around the bed and the view from the bedroom is aircon units in a scruffy back yard. The sitting room area is my sons pull out bed and one chair and desk. It just looks so sad and so dark even on a sunny day. I did ask reception if I could change rooms but was told they understood but couldn't help. As I said before, everything is clean and in a great location just be aware that the rooms aren't all they seem. We are in room 6 on the ground floor.
Nice looking rooms but there was a constant noise from a laundry, constant machine spin noises, all we could hear all day and night , very disappointing. I asked for a room change but the receptionist said they were at full capacity. Very disappointing and 4 terrible nights sleep
Fantastic hotel . Excellent staff . The hotel is near everything , Jewish quarter and main square . Apartment was clean , bed was comfy . Room was cleaned daily. Free water refill next to restaurant. Will be returning here again on our next visit :).
