Great value for money. A lot less costly than other Hilton hotels. Clean, comfortable room, good breakfast and could afford drinks at the bar. Been to Krakow before and when we come back, this would be choice without a doubt. Bar staff were extremely pleasant, great chicken wings too.

A great place to stay for a city break or a business trip in Kraków, if you don’t mind taking a walk to the old town. I appreciated a very well provisioned hotel shop with reasonable prices. HH Diamond members are treated with a welcome drink and a complimentary small bottle of wine.

My recent stay at Hilton Kraków was far from satisfactory. The check-in process took too long & was slow and inefficient, we had to wait 1.5 hours for our check-in as our room was not ready yet, even though we did our online check-in stating the time of arrival. The room's cleanliness was not the best for a hotel of such class. Customer service was quite disappointing. Overall, this experience fell short of Hilton's reputed standards and our expectations for a large fee for a one-night's stay. Improvement in check-in efficiency, room cleanliness, and staff attitude is crucial for future guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular hotel Hilton based on my recent disappointing stay.

Clean, comfortable, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and when we had to be up early, for a tour, before breakfast service began on a weekend, the hotel helpfully packed us a breakfast. We chose to walk from the main train station and it’s about a 40 min walk. But we wanted somewhere slightly outside the main centre. If you’re happy to walk, this is perfect. We also opted for a quieter room to the back of the hotel, and you could hardly hear a thing. The only slight negative for me was that the carpet was pretty marked and either needing a really good, deep clean or replaced.

This summer I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Krakow. It is outside the center of the lovely city, but with the good public transport there were no challenges in getting around the city. It's not a charming place, but it's good value for money and I'd like to come again next time I'm in Krakow.
