5 stars I would like to thank Mario, Natasha, Georgia, Margarita and Eleftheria for being amazing staff and making us feel very welcome. They are wonderful staff and deserve a bonus and recognition ❤️ Sadly not enough pool beds and people reserve these meaning others cannot use them which is not good.

Fabulous hotel

Fantastic hotel and staff. Probably the cleanest and friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. Room spacious enough with good showers. Fridge was appreciated. Nice balcony that overlooked the pool. Quite a quiet hotel, plenty of pool sunloungers that did fill up by about 1000 but usually a few became spare later in the day. Good poolside cafe, the best ever staff (especially Michael and Margarita) and a buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Rooms cleaned daily is you wanted, again the staff were lovely and very efficient. Shop next door for essentials, quiet area and only 5 minutes walj to the harbour and then another ten to the beaches. Nothing to fault, would highly recommend.

Great holiday

Absolutely brilliant hotel , loved the staff they were great ( I’m the one with THE T-SHIRT) they make your holiday. There was a moan that we are not used to , towels on sun loungers early in the morning but nobody coming until later in the day this needs to be addressed, we went to the beach every day due to this . Brilliant hotel the ladies at breakfast beautiful smiles the men were good fun and always smiling. We had one of the best holidays here

Disgusting experience

'Where do I start ...... The guy (in the evening) at the reception wanted to charge us € 35 to use the iron, ''only cash said'' we refused and moved on.' The day after the reception we asked for the iron and guess what it was completely free !!! Also the cleaner had stolen the FOOD from my room, you can imagine .... Food??!! Once I reported that they made me feel like I'm a liar, he also told me "you can't try it" Brother is food why will I lie about food???!!!! Very disgusting behaviour on the part of the manager, he didn't even let me finish talking! He offered me wine to apologise, it was clear that I didn't want him to lie, so I declined the offer. I must say that I am very disgusted with the service received! The night receptionist, a very rude one, is the same guy who tried to get my € 35, barely says hello when you come in and couldn't be of any help.

Recently spent a week here with friends. We had a great room on the second floor overlooking the pool , the room was modern and clean with a very comfortable bed and lovely shower. The Aircon was a very welcome addition due to heatwave temperatures. Breakfast was plentiful with lots on offer with the usual tea and coffee, juices with latte and cappacino if you requested it. Pool area clean and pool bar food was great. All staff we encountered were very welcoming but particularly Margarita who was lovely ! The Hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and all its attractions and around the same distance to the harbour. All in all we had a great stay x
