  Nice clean hotel in a good location

  Stayed at the Freda inn for 3 nights, excellent location for shops, cafes and the underground station, we took a no.17 bus from the airport ( got a ticket at the bus information desk) and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was about £20 for 2. A joker offered to get us a taxi for £160, get the bus, it’s so easy and cheap, when we arrived we upgraded to a bigger room and glad we did, it was worth the extra money, staff were so helpful and can help you with most things with a translation gadget, we did not try breakfast but it’s available if you want it, very good clean hotel in a great location, we used “ Get Your Guide” for Tokyo and Japan and found it easy , very good value and reliable, we booked a private guide with it who met us in the hotel foyer at 9am and she was extremely nice and knowledgeable, she put Suica apps on our phones for the underground trains and it was a god send. She whizzed us round Tokyo sites so easily and cheaply, we had a wish list of things we hoped to see in Tokyo and we did a lot more with the guide and it was fun. it was £120 very well spent and far cheaper than using taxis. The Skytree tower is about a twenty minute walk and you can see it from the hotel, worth a look for amazing views from the top of it, would have no hesitation staying at the fresa inn again.

  Convenient, quiet location, great amenities and services!

  Conveniently located just approximately 4-5 minutes by foot to Kinsicho station and main shopping area. The hotel is quiet and clean, cleaners and staff are super friendly and did an excellent job in ensuring my stay was safe, clean, and convenient. I would come back again for my next trip to Tokyo. The only downside was some cigarette smoke scent at the lobby area as the smoking room is also there. However, guests who needed to smoke used that room which was a convenience for them. For non smokers like myself, the smell was a bit too strong. The breakfast which can be purchased by day or for all of the stay was excellent, staple choices remained and there were some different variety of Japanese dishes each morning. Having a long day planned ahead with activities and sightseeing, breakfast at the hotel was essential for me. Amenities such as bath salts, and toiletries, tea and skin care masks were available for guests to take in the lobby to their rooms. Very convenient! Overall, I had a wonderful and restful stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. If they have other branches in other cities across Japan, I would definitely book with them again!

  Hotel is conveniently located, 3-5 minutes walk to train station or bus stops, and is surrounded by convenience stores, shopping malls and good places to eat. Room size was average, cozy, clean and well kept. Amenities (sleepwear, toothbrush, body towel, bath salts, face wash, lotion etc) are provided at the lobby. Breakfast buffet was decent and had a good variety. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you so much to the staff for going above and beyond to write a birthday card to my friend who celebrated her birthday. Knowing you made that extra effort to make her day special really made our day. Highly recommended and we will surely come back.

  地理位置很好，從錦系町的南口出來步行五分鐘就可以到達，附近非常的便利，工作人員服務好，而且非常的幫忙，此行發生一些狀況時，工作人員非常迅速的幫忙，我很感謝！房間也是一如往常的乾淨，我住過非常多次，每次都很滿意，別忘了行李在退房後的寄存服務只限當天領取哦！The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the south exit of Kinshicho. The surrounding area is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful; they assisted me quickly when I encountered some issues during my trip, for which I am very grateful! The room was as clean as ever. I've stayed here many times and have always been satisfied. Please remember that luggage storage after check-out is only available for same-day pickup!

  Good location with good price.Room is not big but it is enough for one person.Room is clean, same as toilet.The staffs are all nice.I will visit this hotel again.
